Dourdan's B.S. Statement

Still too pissed off to speak with TMZ, Gary Dourdan's reps released (to another media outlet) a sorry excuse for an official explanation of Dourdan's vicious attack on a TMZ cameraman last night.

Despite video evidence of Dourdan beating and then chasing our photographer, the coward's people blamed TMZ, saying, "Gary has always been respectful of the media and the paparazzi but also values his privacy. It's our belief that this is a minor incident exaggerated by an eager paparazzo in order to create a story."

Sure, our photog was eager to have his head repeatedly slammed into the ground. Watch the video again -- it speaks for itself.

48. TMZ is appauld by Gary's actions but they think it's okay to use a telephoto lens to take pics of Britneys naked boys in her own back yard and post them on the web.

This is all just spin to sell their make believe footage of a so called abused photographer.

50. Don't forget that last year Gary Dourdan was charged with battery by Anne Green, a former girlfriend. For that incident, he entered a no contest plea after being charged with a misdemeanor battery count. Even though he was sentenced to attend domestic violence counseling and to stay away from the victim, he still seems to have some pretty serious anger and/or violence issues.

TMZ has every right to be ticked off. I don't think that this was staged. If TMZ really wanted to stage something like this... Don't you all think that they would have chosen a "real" STAR to set up? Come on people. GET A FREAKING CLUE.

52. Come on TMZ, this is such a waste of a story. The tables were turned. The cameraman didn't like it. OH WELL...Do you think he'll rethink his life and get a real job? No. So I guess he got what he (and so many other papparazzis) deserved. Now let's move on.

53. At least Woody Harrelson (without the help of his buddies) openly beats a paps ass, and pretty much tells the camera (and thus TMZ) to F%$k Off! Now heres a man with balls! You on the other hand have your homeboys cruise the streets for some scrawney-ass, malnutritioned papz - that also happened to be the only person in Hollywood to recognize your inflated ego! Geez, "overkill" dontcha think?

Gary, you need to freaking chill, you give all cop-actors a bad name - TJ Hooker should give you a smackdown for this.

55. Quoting professors? Are you too stupid to formulate an original comment, apollo 13? Apparently so, because your assertion that people who read TMZ are complicit in paparazzi misbehavior is ludicrous and lame. I don't trespass on private property or chase celebs through traffic, creating dangerous and potentially deadly situations for all motorists in proximity. Everyone is responsible for his own behavior and no one else's.

And anyone who publishes comments on TMZ, berating others for publishing comments on TMZ is a hypocrite and a dumbass.

58. Are you Effing kidding me? What the hell was that? A total waste of 15 minutes. You have to understand that being a member of the paparazzi is going to piss celebrities off. If they don't want you in their face, then beat it. All you are going to get is 15 minutes of bullS**t footage where you see a camera shooting ground footage and some dude dropping f bombs. 60. People are funny. These folks want to be famous, but they want to walk down the street and expect the world will simply ignore the celebritism they craved when they were nobody. So, you have imbiciles that think its ok to get off a motorcycle and attack a guy who is filming. Hate to tell all the Einsteins here...you don't have a right to proactively whack someone, whether they are filming you or not. Don't bother the rich guy....he wants to be famous on his own terms.

If you don't want the attention, avoid being a celeb. And when you're nobody, you'll wish you had photogs following you down the street. Celebs these days are total jerks.
