95. Whew!! TMZ is milking the hell out of this story. I hope they paid the stalkerazzi well for this footage because it has become the story of the day. Hell TMZ might owe Gary some money. The guy wants to be left alone. Don't you understand that only people with no real careers like Paris and Steve O want this kind of press? Stick with the d-listers and you should be ok. Frankly I'd enjoy the gossip without the pics.

Gary Dourdan, some clown from CSI, freaked out and started beating up a paparazzo last night. The photographer was basically just standing there and then Dourdan flipped out, throwing him against the ground and breaking his camera. After the attack, Dourdan sped off on his Ducati, but then later came back with his entourage and started chasing the photographer around Hollywood in a Town Car. Seriously, just following the guy around in a car, like out of a movie. The paparazzo is freaking out the whole time and runs around begging passersby for help, eventually jumping into a cab to get away.

Sometimes when people are coming down off of stuff they act violent. Was the photog a small or over weight white guy? I want to see a picture of the photog TMZ!

99. This is ridiculous. The video clearly shows that Dourdan didn't beat down anybody! He may have shoved the camera down - the camera that he was told was turned off - why wasn't it turned off when he told you five times to turn it off. There is no evidence that Dourdan hit anyone, there is no evidence that he chased anyone. And to say so, and to point to that video which shows nothing...just shows how ridiculous it is to whine about this crap when the "proof" proves otherwise.

Just a little note to Dourdan: If the paparazzi so much as look at you, let alone snap a couple of pictures of you, the polite thing to do is smile. You’re not Britney Spears or Lindsay Lohan, no one is following you. No one recognizes you half the time, You have that luxury. I don’t even really know who you are so your not that important so get over yourself.

I disagree with your view and post. It's ok for TMZ to do a article on Mel Gibson which you say you enjoyed but a black guy who snaps no can handle! Gary has all the privacy he wants due to the fact no one knows who he is and no one was in his face as your post wants to spin.
He just is not that important! I dont think TMZ is munipulating a dam thing either, It happened.
