64. And who ever said these two were clean cut, please get your eyes checked. These two are down right dirty and two faced. They will stand on the curb now just to get their photos taken now. Just the other day they stood on a red carpet for and *Apartment grand opening* WHAT!!!

Who in the hell goes to a grand opening of an apartment building. Then stands on the red carpet outside of it, smiles, and gets there photos taken while dressed up waving like they’re at an award ceremony.

And Vanessa needs to keep some other type of shoes on. Her feet remind me of Thanksgiving….those look like Turkey feet to me. So I guess those were her big feet sticking upward in that hot tub photo. I would not want a woman with those things. Gobble Gobble Lockness

I can answer that one Marvin. I saw those photos too. They were dressed like they were really somewhere important. Instead of just standing on a red carpet in front of an apartment building.

Nobody else dared to be at that --red carpet apartment opening,-- because the real celebrities had other things to do. The other celebs that are not washed up still have this important thing called a successful CAREER!!!!

68. The apartment opening that everyone is talking about is the Altier and hello, they live there! That is probably why they were there, that is their East Coast base. In was in People and US weeks ago when they moved in.

Nick has been working on his new CD and promoting his minor league BB team. Does anybody remember he just had a successful tour promoting his successful CD? As for Vanessa, who knows whats next but they are a cute couple and are in love. It must be a slow news day to come up with this lame story.

We know they live there. I saw that event on the link. But I think what others are saying is probably SO WHAT!! What real celebrity does that. Will Smith & Garth Brooks didn’t roll out the red carpet when they broke ground on their new grand palaces. God Man learn what we are saying here. They want privacy so much; well then why blast out where you live, like we care anyway.

And how in the hell is Nick working on a CD when is vacationing and taking any nobody photo ops on the curb, and publicity sex hot tub photos that backfired on both their dense ass. And everybody knows that Nick canceled most of his tour dates. It’s on Nick’s own websites, and the music companies. It was once said that Nick’s canceled tours were because of his sales being soooo loooww that it wasn’t worth it. So quit with the ‘successful tour’ crap. He didn’t finish a full tour like everybody else.

As for Vanessa, she was a nobody and will forever be one. The girl doesn’t work and probably won’t again. I agree with everybody else. Vanessa’s next stunt after she sucks all the publicity she can….is to get pregnant. And Nick will continue to be brainless and stay with the tramp whore.

73. Hey, Madge, Nick has his own money. He had all the money when he married Jessica , she was broke. He bought their house. Jessica refused to sign a pre-nup because she and her Dad thought they would take Nick to the cleaners. Nick's divorce settlement was legally correct because in California they split everything 50/50. Get over it. He got paid the same amount Jessica was paid on Newlyweds and without Nick , she wouldn't be famous.

75. Nick's tour was in 2006. This month he cancelled some shows because his CD isn't ready yet. He just recorded 14 new songs for the new album recently in the last two weeks. You can find them on ASCAP.com which registers all new muic. I hear he has recorded in LA, NY, and Nashville.
