Nick Nolte Crashes in Hawaiian Airport

Dripping in sweat and barely able to keep his bloodshot eyes open, a handlebar-mustached Nick Nolte stunned travelers at the Kauai Airport this week -- by passing out cold on the terminal floor!

TMZ obtained these photos taken by one of Nolte's fellow passengers, who told us that the incoherent actor drifted in and out of consciousness on the airport floor for more than two hours Monday night, after their flight was delayed because of engine problems.

According to the source, Nolte was still extremely friendly despite his groggy state -- chatting celeb mugshots -- click to launchwith fans and allowing passengers to snap photos, however, he wasn't entirely functional. "At one point we helped him put a dollar in the vending machine."

Calls to Nolte's rep were not immediately returned.

32. Rich man, now poor man. Anyone remember that movie? Rich Man, Poor Man.
It wasone of Nick Nolte's first movies. That one catapalted him to the A-acting list.

He is a good and gifted actor.

Too bad he cannot get a grip on his alcoholism. To bad that even if he has supportive real family,friends,business associates,he cannot get a grip on this. The man is cleary losing hislife. A drunkwithmoney. He looks like a homeless man. He must have just booked himself a ticket for Hawaii and thought of nothing else like hotel, clothes, a shower!

He seesm to not be a bad guy or annoying like britney,paris, and the rest. He seems mmore like Robert Downey.

Nick Notle, get some help. Check in for a year at a Celeb rehab palce. His family and friends need to have an intervention.

45. Next thing you know, he'll say he was on some medication that made him drowsy.

It's sad, though, to see him like that. He's made some good movies in the past. Like us all, he has his demons but at least mine aren't on TMZ.
