I am a HUGE Paula fan and have been since the '80's when she used to shake it for the Lakers....but unfortunately watching her in her "altered state" acting like a spoiled brat on her "Reality" show has changed My opinion of her......

Well...PA seems to have done well as a laker girl, then choreographer, then recording artist, then idol judge. Often she has a cheerful attitude. But as far as I know she has never had any kids nor a long term relationship. Maybe she chooses wrong or is hard to get along with day in day out?

51. Ms. Abdul is talented, and maybe all she needs is some sleep. But I watched a couple of episodes of her Bravo show and the woman is a mess. Can't one of her dozen "assistants" make certain she gets a few hours of sleep, even if she needs a little Lunesta to help her out???

She has all of those people sitting around her, living off of her, saying "yes Paula, yes Paula" and not one stands up and tells her what she really needs to hear, like "you need to see a therapist, or you need to get some sleep by whatever means necessary".

I know she's famous and celebrity has its status and all that - but the woman seemed a little self-centered to me. Especially when she had them unpack her entire luggage at the airport to find something to wear, she had just minutes to get the flight - which they probably held for her, since you can't board a plane in less then 10 minutes.

52. you know... just watching idol I thought the same thing about Paula.. but I've been watching her show and have a better understanding...

When I am just slightly overtired I also act very drunk like....

By slightly overtired, I mean.... after I've worked all day.. my mind is mush... I have a very hard time communicating my thoughts... seem to make up words and will cry at the drop of a pin... ummm... my kids will make fun of me and ask if I am drunk, and I don't drink...? It is bad enough that on my days off my teens will not let me go anywhere by myself because they worry..... I am only 38 years old....

Sooooooo... hopefully...there is a team of doctors out there watching Paula's show and will convince her to get diagnosed.... perhaps if they fix her...they will beable to fix me... LOL

58. Yoko must be stopped!! uhh...we are talking about yoko, aren't we? I dreamed i was at a yoko concert. that dream was a nightmare, until paula abdul joined her for a duet of "opposites attract". Then it became a life-threatening nightmare. I guess by opposites they mean yoko broke up the beatles but paula thought they were ok in their own way..after all, she may suck as a singer but she sure can judge others, right? I thought the animated tiger in her opposites attract video was far mroe talented and sexier than paula. what do you think? we really dont weant to know but why not ask..

I think Paula Abdul is fantastic. I have never cared for her style of music, but she is a great dancer and I think she is a role model for younger ladies who can see what a person can accomplish with hard work and determination. She is an asset to "IDOL" and, if she is replaced, "IDOL" will not be the same.

As for her "slurring": this could be attributed to any number of things. People who condemn her for this should consider they have not "paid their dues" as she has over the years. So
you armchair critics get off her back. If you can't say something good about her, then keep your opinions to yourself.
