78. I just wanted to comment on these celebraties and the way they wine about being photographed. Lets face it they are people who get paid way tooo much money for doing nothing of importance, have egos thru the roof and get away with any crime they commit because they are famous. I was very disappointed see what happened to the photographer and "Warrick" from CSI. I like the show and like his character but he should be arrested for assault and battery for what he did. Thats the price you pay for fame and all that money!!!

79. She better serve more jail time than Paris considering what she did was a lot worse than what Paris did. Paris simply drove (sober I may add) on a suspended license. It'll be very wrong if she's allowed to get away with no jail time or less time than what Paris served.

I admire LIndsay for trying to separate herself from Paris, as she should. Paris Hilton is poison, she destroys all who have contqct with her, so are you KIDDING!!!.

I was dissapointed to see Paris show up at her Birthday Party, now THAT made me SICK. Even with the ankle bracelet, that only detects alcohol. No wonder the movie people pulled out. If she doesn't play it right now, her career will be damaged for quite awhile. Meantime, Paris' money will keep her afloat, but what will Lindsay do?

84. Brittany - Why was Paris license on suspension. Why? Cause she drove with a DUI, so YES, Paris DID drive drunk, you stupid skank.. Like it or not, ANYONE with a DUI, has his license suspended for one year, and if you violate then, and it's AUTOMATIC JAIL. TIME.

What did Lindsay do, that was worse than what Paris did? They both drove drunk, but if Lindsay doesn't violate probabtion for driving in that first year, she will not do jail. But, because Paris did violate her probation (And, acted like a complete ass in court), it was AUTOMATIC she do jail. Whether she's Paris Hilton or not.

And, anyone who wants to be like Paris Hilton, has a few screws loose uptstairs.

85. What about charges for the cocaine found in her vehicle? Is that going to be forgotten because she is a hugh Hollywood star? My opinion is the reason she stayed in rehab for extra time was to pave her way to a lesser sentence. She knows what she is doing and knows she will get away with it.

87. Its not just a DUI. Its drugs too. Cocaine. That's a felony. A 'usable' amount of cocaine. And I would assume they will take her past accidents into consideration. They need to confiscate her driving privileges for 5 years and she should do jail time for the cocaine and DUI.
What makes her so special? Not. She is an American like the rest of us...and should be subject to the law like the rest of us. Its time to be an adult Lindsay!! Do your time and hold your head up. You may wanna stop and look around at everything you have and everything that you could lose. Be thankful for where you are...so many people would give anything to have what you do, so grow up, act your age, suffer the consequences and appreciate what you have instead of throwing it away on partying, men, and I suppose women too now.

90. I used to have a BIG crush on Lindsay. But, no more. I want a girl who's gonna teach me something. Not how to kill myself. Jeez, I know how to do that already. Look at this, she's got all the breaks and she opts to do exactly what a Got-nothing-Going nowhere chick sitting on a broken down stoop in East LA would do.

Linday is now a loser. She loses her credit cards, phones, money, jobs, friends. You don't have to be genius to figure out what up ahead for this chick. Drug addicts and Drunks aren't orginal, they all do the exact same things and end up the same way. I'm getting a new girl to have a crush on. There's no future in lovig a loser.
