Travis Barker looks scrawny, but he seems to be able to carry two kids with no problem!
The former blink member was spotted in Malibu yesterday by TMZ cameras -- this time, Barker didn't say a word regarding custody of his children or estranged wife Shanna Moakler. And it looks like his mohawked tot should be getting his training tattoos very soon!

12. Shanna, how can you call yourself a parent when you dont ever take them all at once? You also have another adorable daughter with Oscar but we never see her with you. Its now perfectly obvious how much Travis loves his kids and how much you dont.
