Travis Barker looks scrawny, but he seems to be able to carry two kids with no problem!

The former blink member was spotted in Malibu yesterday by TMZ cameras -- this time, Barker didn't say a word regarding custody of his children or estranged wife Shanna Moakler. And it looks like his mohawked tot should be getting his training tattoos very soon!

25. all around just a nice loving guy. i saw him at disneyland with his kids and he let me and my friends take pictures in fact he was being stopped by everyone and i at least never saw him say no. very polite man
