Bill Keller and Jill Abramson at the New York Times and their team are fairly good at covering politics, but where the real frightening corruption today lies is with these people who control such massive amounts of money and can do whatever they want in the world -- and most of these are not directly linked at all to politics. Perhaps this is something that Paul Steiger or Marcus Brauchli at the Wall Street Journal should also take a look at, given how these huge piles of private money, virually unreported previously in the media, have totally caused panic and roiled the entire newspaper business just in the past year, among others.

21. Sick of these Beckhams already, Cruise and Katie live in lala land, and met Will Smith and Jada Pinkett when she was on tour. They were nice. Jada was standing behind her guitarist fake screwing him with her mike. It was hilarious.

27. I honestly don't know anyone who likes Tom Cruise or Victoria Beckham. I watched her reality show "coming to America" because I wanted to give her a fair chance. It completely confirmed to me what I already thought. She seems VERY into herself as if everyone else is beneath her. I thought she'd at least try for the show to act normal or down to Earth. I wonder if she actually watched it herself and how she thought she did. As for Tom Cruise I don't even need to say anything. I went boating with friends this weekend and EVERYONE agreed about him. I do love Will Smith, he seems genuinely nice and funny.
