Will Tom Brady never learn? The New England Patriot hottie QB was again seen sporting a New York Yankees baseball hat while running in Manhattan -- obviously, he wasn't in Beantown! Penalty!

Brady has a full plate at the moment -- with the impending birth of his child with ex Bridget Moynahan, and romancing his current love, $30-million $upermodel Gisele Bundchen.

Rumor has it that Brady's in Los Angeles today for the birth of his little bundchen of joy.

46. For those saying he should have used a condom - he may have. Remember what Jesse Jackson's mistress did? She just put it in the freezer. You can use it anytime you want to - so guys, you are not really safe from a paternity suit just because you use a condom. A word to the wise.

52. Brady is not from New England. He just works there. I am a Red Sox fan as I was born in Massachusetts but lived most of my life in California and Florida. Brady grew up elsewhere and I believe he graduated from Michigan which is a long way from Fenway Park. So there is no reason why he should root for Red Sox, Celtics or Bruins as he lives in NYC and those teams are usually losers and he is not..
