51. I don't think photographers have a right to earn a living this way. No one gives them the right to take unauthorized photographs of people on the street, in stores, zoomed in at their home. They can take pictures when the people allow pictures to be taken.

Just think, you will always have Paris. She's always posing wherever she goes.

I'd say Britney is still a very hot item if she's causing riots when she goes shopping.

Suck it up, TMZ. And that photo of Brit today, you've run it before, trying to make her look bad. It's not working.

52. And further she's caught with her son on her lap once again behind the wheel of her car. Stomps out to tell paps that it's illegal for them to follow. Hello -- the only illegal is her attempt once again to try to drive off with the kid on her lap. If she would shut the f**k up about where she is going every minute of the day -- maybe as public citizens, we would not have to be exposed to every freckle & hair on the sluts body.

I honestly do not understand why the authorities have not stepped in to remove her children. She is putting them at harms way and should not be the custodial parent as she can't act responsibly for herself, so why is she able to act responsible for them.

K-Fed should get his a$$ back in Court and deal with this now.

55. So let's see. Earlier today, Britney was a horrible mess at a photo shoot, apparently crazy, drugged, and insane, from the reports on this site. Then later, at a store shopping, she was reported by the store clerks to be very sweet and nice. Also, no police reports about arresting her for anything illegal or of taking her into custody because she was deranged, as she apparently must have been at the OK shoot, from reports on this website.

I think I'll take the story about her being very sweet and not causing any trouble, since there were more witnesses to that, included policement, clerks, more photographers, and probably other people on the street and in the store.

Yeah, I'll believe that before I take the word of a TMZ "insider," who most likely pocketed some cash from TMZ for creativity.

56. Britney, if you were my daughter, we'd be having a very long talk. You are beautiful, talented, and can do ANYTHING you want to do, with unlimited resources. Why are you choosing to be out CONSTANTLY, whether it's shopping, stripping at the beach, or whatever it is that you NEED to do everyday. Why not live a more private, classy life? Why not dress in a more classy way? I'm not talking "matronly"....think Reese Witherspoon, and you get what I'm thinking. Somehow you have come to think that less is more....totally not true. If you're tired of the paparazzi being in your face, how about keeping a MUCH lower profile. There are so many celebrity mom's who choose that lifestyle, and we, as the public, respect them so much more. We take them seriously.

58. My friend just called me and said she walked up on the whole thing before chaos erupted. SHe was standing beside a girl that works there and said the flowers were all over the ground. She did say that Brit was so nice and waving to her fans but the store people came out cursing out everyone. She got great pics and even a video of it. She said she was literally three feet from her!!! Then across the street she met Jackie of "Jackie's Gym"

60. The bodyguard finally did something right. They should do it ALL THE TIME. I've always thought that most of those bodyguards "weren't doing enough". There's no reason with 3 bodyguards the Papps should even be getting as close as they do. Up till now the bodyguards have been lazy...like walking them (celebs) along like on prom date instead of showing some force to keep the papps at bay. I want to see more testosterone from from those beefy bodyguard's....And they need to earn their pay!!!!
