Eddie Murphy better watch out -- Scary Spice Mel B. is about to sic celebutorney Gloria Allred on his ass!

TMZ cameras caught the buxom baby mama lunching with the pit bull attorney at Beverly Hills hotspot Mr. Chow on Friday. It seems Scary's retained Allred to represent her spiciness in her upcoming paternity suit against Murphy. Whoa mama!

Allred's had her hands in a slew of high profile cases in the last few years, including the Scott Peterson murder trial, a discrimination case against Michael Richards and this Paris Hilton-related prison discrimination case.

He knew that baby was his and tried to weasel out of it. Little Angel Iris Murphy Brown (or whatever her name is) deserves the same lifestyle as his other children. If he didn't want to pay child support then he should have kept it in his pocket.

19. I can't decide who is worse Opri or Allred. There is no need for a high powered attorney, she will get support. Why pay Allred to do what you can get for a lot less. Child support is based on his income only.

20. Eddie Murphy has acted like a jerk, but you have to think about one thing: why did she get pregnant? As an adult and, presumably, reasonably intelligent woman who certainly should have known something about birth control at her age, it seems very weird to just happen to get knocked up with a short-term partner. It's not like they had been in a long, committed relationship where they might have come to a mutual decision to reproduce. Or is this some new kind of trend: spawning for amusement. Sounds like a hustle to me, sorry. Gloria Allred? Oh, man, the fix was in longggg ago!

22. why are some people hating on Mel's boobs... not sure if they're fake... but she just had a kid... think about it?.... it's not rocket science... they do grow (sometimes a cup larger depending on the person and what genes you're packing)

I come to this site often, TMZ, but am hightly disappointed in their calling Gloria Allred a "pitbull lawyer"; this lawyer knows what rights are, and feel she knows what she is talking about - if I was in trouble, I would call her in a heartbeat. Shame on you, TMZ. Oh, by the way, as far as I am concerned, she "broke" the Scott Peterson case. So there.

25. Gloria Allred is indeed a pitbull lawyer, eager to get her name in the press any way she can. She is a foolish woman who knows NOTHING. I had the opportunity to stop this woman years ago by trying to force the Boy Scouts to take a girl in because she didn't like the Girl Scouts. I offered to take this girl into my troop because we did do hiking, camping, backpacking, etc. She declined, imagine that, and Ms. Allred didn't have a leg to stand on. The case was dropped.

I wish these no talent ex-spice girls would just go away. What a bunch of publicity hogs.

26. I hope she asks this client if she knows how to tell who Father her child as it seems like Amber Frey did not know how to tell and tried to get child support from the wrong man but he was smart enough to have dNA done so Alyiana now knows who her real Father is.

I wonder how Eddies boyfriend**yes I said boyfriend**Johny Gill ** will react to that.....I heard that Eddies wife divorced him because he wouldnt kick Johny Gill out of their guest house. Seems kinda harsh to divorce someone over something so trivial.....unless of course, she found out about him and johny and insisted he kick him out and Eddie refused. Eddie Murphy is gay....and to all of you who say that he isnt cause he was married and is dating women.......Has the term "On the Down Low" mean anything to you?
