Baby Mama

Forcing QB

Out of the Pocket?

7/24/2007 7:10 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Matt LeinartHe's taken on some of the biggest, baddest men on the planet, but it's his baby mama who's hitting football stud Matt Leinart where it hurts the most -- his wallet!

TMZ has learned that the NFL pretty boy is locked in a raging legal fight with his ex-girlfriend, Brynn Cameron, over the couple's 9-month-old son Cole. According to sources close to the case, Brynn wants Matt to hand over more than $30,000 per month! That's a ton of jack for a 21-year-old living with her parents! According to sources close to the case, Leinart's pissed -- having already bought her a car, as well as voluntarily giving her around six grand a month. Leinart signed a six-year deal with the Arizona Cardinals in 2006 -- reportedly worth around $51 million.

We're told Leinart's also waging a "gung-ho" battle for custody, and recently filed a petition to establish paternity. Sources tell TMZ that the former USC star already "comes back to L.A. once a week, every week, to see the baby," but he wants a schedule where he can see the kid in Arizona as well. Unlike most pro athlete dads who have kids out of wedlock, we're told Matt is an engaged father who wants to be in his son's life.

But Cameron claims she's doing all the hard work when it comes to parenting, telling the Ventura County Star that Leinart "comes and goes whenever he wants ... he likes that Hollywood stuff and I don't like that."

The two are scheduled to hammer it out in court on August 13. Attempts to contact Cameron were unsuccessful. For more sports stories, check out tmzsports.com!

Pointing to #35....not surprising that we would find one or more people that always have to lead a story into racisim! Who the F$%k cares what color you are? People need to get over themselves and move the f@#k on with their lives! Not everything is about race. Yet more comments where people make themselves seem uneducated. So sad

Standards are badly needed.

to jmfstl @ 7:02 p.m. - you state that she 'opened her legs so she bears responsibility for the baby being made as well'...Uh, she IS. SHE is looking after that baby, 24/7, for the next 18 or 20 years. That is bearing 99% of the responsibility. The LEAST bachelor boy (didn't even marry his son's mother) can do is chip in some funds while he runs around free being millionaire football poster boy, paying the kid visits when it's convenient for HIM.

Get a clue.. in most states the child support on 1 child is reflected through the father or top money makers gross income. I believe this guys name is Matt. It says he makes 51,000,000 for 6 years... that is 8,500,000 per year. Most states you take 17-25% of the top money makers salary and that is what is owed per year. That means this girl is getting shafted.. she would be receiving approximately a little over $120,000 per month in child support.. lucky Matt.

56. One more time for those of you that seem to be a little slow... Child support is calculated based on the non-custodial parent's income. That means him and his millions. Legally the idea is that the baby is entitled to live the life it would have if the parent's were married. The baby is not penalized financially for the actions of the parents. Newsflash: 6K a month in L.A. is NOT anywhere close to living as a millionaire would!!!

He makes $708,000 a month, his son is his heir, should he die, his son will inherit a nice fortune, until then, the child only needs enough to be properly clothed, fed, educated and entertained. We all know that asking for $30,000 is a way for her to ride a gravey train, she was a college basketball player, how about she go make some money for herself in the WNBA, lol, right, what a joke! point is, shes asking for that amount for herself not the child! I agree with John, put $25,000 into a trust fund and give her $6000 a month, the child will have all it needs, its not his responsibility to take care of her, shes and adult, she had unprotected sex, she is 50% to blame and he shouldnt be punished and have to keep her up for something they were both at fault for! instead, she will be driving a $100K car, living in a $5 million dollar mansion and eating beluga caviar while having her boy toys over to entertain her whenever she wants all at the expense of a guys paycheck because our court system is a joke and women have all the pu$$y and half the money, its screwed up but its the way it is!

I think since he makes all the money - then he should have the baby!! What child needs $30K a month?!!! He can get a nanny and take care of the kid himself with that 30K and she gets nothing!! money hungry!!

oh please, skank! so he makes tons of money and you want it....everyone knows that baby won't cost more than $6000 a month to raise...it doesn't need a nanny, it needs a decent mother and father. Now if Matt bought her a house in Arizona so he could be near the baby, that would make more sense. Or set them both up in a nice house in Cali. But Unfortunately, in the real world, once you have a baby w/ a rich guy, you're set (right, Marla Maples?) I hope Matt doesn't have to pay up too much $$$ because face it, if she really didn't want to get pregnant, would she have gotten pregnant? Please, this is 2007, there's really no excuse for an unplanned pregnancy. By the way, I'm a woman and the way some of these skanks use men for $$$ or for keeping them in a relationship is disgusting!

BTW--speaking of, I wonder how much QB Tom Brady will end up giving his ex Bridget a month? Maybe he and Matt should get together and talk....

OK, where was this bitch's birth control? She spread. No one MADE her get pregnant, it was HER choice.

The kid doesn't require $30K a month. Where would she spend this kind of $$ towards child support each month, while she lives at home?

Let's ALL just scream GOLD DIGGER here. It can't be any more obvious.

BITCH. You are a real piece of work, aren't you, whore?
