No producer will touch you now, even after hiding out in rehab again.. And that's just what you are doing. You tried to fool the public with the vodka in your water bottle, AA chips hanging from your rear view mirror, you partied in Promises and went out when you felt like it.

Appears your SCRAM bracelet was just another one of your facades - you don't want help. You think you're invincible and the world will look the other way and forgive poor Lindsay, but you are wrong this time.

Take a good look around you now - your peers will not work with you, even your die hard fans have turned against you, no one will hire you, any product you promote will be Boycotted (just look at the Hilton's holdings, Paris paraphernalia, you can get it on ebay, dirt cheap)., even if a person in the movie industry would take a chance on you, no one would pay to go see you. You'll be lucky to even be a Porn Star after this.

It's pretty pathetic when your arch enemy skanky Paris, now looks like a saint compared to you!

Maybe the police are finally watching TMZ to see who's leaving the clubs fkying high as a kite and getting right behind the wheel! With all their money you'd think they'd hire a driver for goodness sakes.

52. I dont understand ... why should it matter if she was being chased or not??? She was driving a car drunk AND had cocaine! Clearly the issue here is not who was being chased and by whom, but that her rehab stint was a failed attempt and that she's determined to live a dangerous lifestyle. Retard.

53. Oh yes, let's blame it on the evil paps--does it change the fact that she blew a .12 and a .13 on two seperate breathalyzers. The heifer was DRUNK. I don't care if she was being chased by Bigfoot and was in fear for her life, she was still driving DRUNK. This sounds like yet another enabling excuse thought up by the LL "team" to exonerate her. 55. She did wrong (and very illegal things).....yes....on many counts. She certainly should be jailed for that......mandatory (again) rehab. I don't argue that whatsoever!

Would I believe someone was chasing her? Yep.....I sure would! Was it the PAP? I have no doubt! Will there be pics? No way in Hell! It was only 10 years ago that Princess Di got killed in the same situation (no she wasn't drunk, or on drugs) but was being chased. Lindsey is a HOT commodity for the photogs right now. Doesn't make it right, but I'd take bets on the chase. Reese Whitherspoon even had an accident in Disney's parking lot due to them chasing her in their vehicles. You read it off and on about the PAPS chasing people in cars.

She needs some serious help.....and shouldn't be driving period! But I also believe she was probably being chased for photo's.

She should have simply taken a limo! (but then again, so did Princess Di, private car) Quite sad.

57. Leave Lindsay alone, if it were anybody else without fame they would be left to privacy as it should be, she has privacy rights. Annoying to me is that on Larry King Live this evening hosted by Harvey Levin, he is so down on those who have had substance abuse, like Harvey has never drank alcohol or tried drugs, Lisa Bloom is so anti-male on Larry King Live this evening also, I'm sure she has had her party days too.

58. This wouldn't be the first time the paparazzi had given chase, caused an incident, then of course they have their photos and their stories, don't they? Only, I think the biggest incident we remember would the death of Princess Di. Unfortunately the moral to the story is, don't drive drunk and don't try to outrun the paparazzi. Slippery little devils, when is someone going to charge one of the photographers for their part in these incidents.

I personally do not care if she was chasing or being chased...She was drunk, on coke and driving a car. i do not care if she has any regard for her well-being, but she put others in peril by driving. I think she is a lier, who deserves to be away for a while, rather than continue to make a joke of those who really want to be rehabilitated. Screw her. She blows...literally.

60. This girl is a train wreck.
I feel sorry that she does not have positive people in her life making her walk the walk.
I think she truely has a disease and she needs more than 30 days in a posh rehab center.
She is talented and beautiful and so screwed up.
