63. Let's get real people. How many accidents have we read about that this bitch has blamed on the paps. I guess I've heard that excuse what 4, 5 or 6 times now. If they had taken tests at the scene on every one of those -- she probably would have blown over or had coke on her. She does not accept responsibility for anything she does.

Wonder how many insurance companies have dropped her. I'm sure they just hear the name and say no thanks.

seem like jail is the only hope since glorified rehabs in calif serve no useful purpose but to take your cash..

here ’s how the story should end:

lost of movies for 3yrs
lost of endorsments for 3yrs
losrt od singing contract for 3yrs
lost of freedom ( see courts)
serve 1 yr in jail for dui and cocaine position ( back to back dui’s )
must watch videos of mangled bodies from dui accidents for -5 hr a day
must watch video of surgeons trying to save lives of dui victims -3 hrs a day
must watch funerals of dui victims - 3 hrs a day
must read letters from orphans whose parents were killed due to dui
must donate 1 million to MADD
or
go to rehab outside of california for - 2yrs
serve community in service for 2000 hrs after release from rehab talking to teen about driving drunk and drugs

67. Cut the BS people (LL reps)!! No excuse under the sun is going to erase the fact that she blew a .12 and a .13. She was DRUNK and probably high. The test doesn't lie!!

I'm sure that she'll cry to the judge that the big bad paps were chasing her and blah, blah, blah!! As much as I believe that addicts deserve help, she's been to rehab twice. She's supposedly currently on her third stint in rehab. She didn't take it seriously the first two times so why is it that we should give her a third shot?

I honestly believe that even if she were to kill someone the next time she drives drunk, people will still defend her. People will still say to leave her alone. People will still make excuses for her. I'm sorry, but she's out of excuses the way I see it. She's out of "second chances" the way I see it. If they want to set an example, throw the book at her. Give her the max sentence which I believe is SIX YEARS!! Let her spend that time thinking about what she did. Maybe then she'll realize that she f'd up her life to the point of almost no return, and maybe she'll change. But I doubt it!!

68. This is ridiculous. Now the rehab center has become her enabler by letting her Lindsy back in. If this were you or me we would be slam dunked into the slammer. I know from going through this with my daughter and until her parents and everybody else let her hit rock bottom she's never going to get help. Let her go to jail and sit and think, meanwhile she's not using. And that's not the end she needs to be sentenced to time, and when she's done with that she needs to be sent straight to in patient rehab, the real thing, not this plush stuff. I'm all for freedom of speech, yes and guilty of watching Paris come out of jail, but what would happen if when they came out no cameras, no media, no nobody was there that would be a shock to their systems. It's called tough love, the hardest thing a parent can do, that anybody can do, but if I wouldn't have done it with my daughter she would have been buried with her friends. She now is the mother of 5 children, married and thankful that I was a bitch lol. Let Linsay, Paris, and Brittney hit rock bottom hard. Don't pay attention to their so they think "cutsie" ways.

It's everybody's fault but Lindsay's that Lindsay has CHOSEN to drive drunk and have cocaine on her in at least two of her car incidents? It's everybody's fault but Lindsay's that she's failed at rehab for the SECOND TIME?

When is Lindsay, or Britney, or Paris, or anyone else for that matter going to accept that it's THEIR fault? I guess never if they have enablers such as yourself that make excuses for what they do and blame everyone else.

75. I think the bigger question we need to be asking is who keeps selling these people's assistants, managers and agents these drugs they are getting. I think it is pretty obvious the girl is tired of the business and who she is. She has a mother who vicariously lives through her and is clearly the driving force since she herself has a sense of entitlement and never really amounted to anything.
