32. I went to a rehab facility a few years ago, and I knew that the one thing that would screw my chance at remaining clean and sober was HANGING AROUND PEOPLE WHO ARE DRINKING AND USING DRUGS! Those of us who are addicts just have to deal with the fact that we shouldn't be hanging out at bars or hanging out with friends who use drugs, and I don't think that Lindsay really gets that yet. Her life will be hell until she just accepts that fact and moves on.
If you walked into a cancer ward at a hospital and told everyone there that they just had to avoid alcohol and drugs to become cancer-free for life, how many of them would give it a try? Probably EVERY SINGLE ONE! Tell an addict that we can't use drugs or drink anymore, and most will have to go to jail before really getting it, and some will never understand at all.

33. OF COURSE it was a sham! Who's monitoring the thing? herself, her hard partying mom? and if the monitoring device is voluntary (meaning not a probation requirement, etc) than what is this monitoring company going to do to her? Call her and tell her to stop drinking or else? All these young idiots that run around Hollywood with too much money and not enough common sense are all about the right public relations move when something like this happens...that's why Paris is doing charity work now, that's why Lohan checked into rehab and "voluntarily" wore the bracelet. Did anyone really think she was serious about sobriety when the minute she gets out of rehab she is at the clubs? Drinking or not, that's not what any drug counselor would recommend to someone so freshly in recovery. Her priorities should have been to lay low and concentrate on getting herself in the right frame of mind.

34. Once again I ask......when will the justice system and law enforcement agencies, da's, prosecuters, judges, etc....in these cases be held accountable? THEY COULD KEEP PEOPLE LIKE THIS OFF THE STREET.........THAT IS THEIR JOB, so why aren't we, the complaining public, marching on their steps demanding that they do their job.

"To beg the question" refers to a false logical argument in which a statement is defended by use of that statement. Sort of circular logic.

REHAB SHAM:
Needs Betty Ford-type rehab, not this Malibu crap rehab. The NEW rehab is such a
shame, travesty, joke to our intelligence. The starlets like Lohan,
Spears, and Riche are being manipulated by paid staff, friends and now new rehabs that cloud their focus w/ pilates and spa treatments. These new rehabs dilute the message of abstnance nad after care. As one does not go to bars and associate w/ those who drink right after rehab. It is too risky and there is a need to develop other social behaviors, the drinking/drugging has to be repalced. Thiss glitzy/relaxed rehab short changes celeberties that pay mucho for 30 days.

Bottomline: these starlets are not just playing games with the public, but with
themselves. They are the ones hurt. The arrogance of their paid staff and friends and new rehabs are damaging careers and health.The starlets with kids or pregnant are also hurting their families.
