52. Obviously rehab failed once again!!!!! Lohan needs to be kept in jail because she will do it again and again!!!!!!!! Lohan is on the path of a train weck and unfortunately she is probably going to crash once again. She just got out of rehab!!! How many times does this have to happen until she WAKES UP???????? 54. I agree with debbie. Maybe the streets should riot. Maybe the public should do something other than complain. It is obvious no one in our justice system is taking enough or appropriate action, so why not find a way to let your voices be heard...someone needs to hold the "authorities" accountable for their actions or in the case of the celebrities their lack of action.....something needs to change....

60. Not a surprise that she got busted, but I AM surprised that it took her this long....I expected it sooner considering she didn't take rehab or anything else seriously.... But I guess if I were allowed to hang out with friends and leave the ground to work out, I wouldn't take rehab seriously either. Just goes to prove that if you're a celebrity you are awarded "special treatment." I think a long good stint in the slammer will do her some good.
