64. She has got to be mentally retarded. She has to be. She has a beautiful house if she wants to get drunk why doesn't she do it in her own home. that at least would not be a crime. i have absolutely no sympathy for this gilr anymore. she is self destructive. she proabably spent 30,00 plus for rehab. Some people can live on 30,000 a year. I am disgusted by her. How dare she. She has a great life and this is how she plays it out. Just plain STIPID

First the teenagers drink anyway which makes them criminals unlike teenagers in Europe.

Second they drink alcohol without parental supervision because if the parents know they could end up in jail like the poor mom in Virginia, who is now serving 27 months.

Third they get a drivers license to a car before they have tried and found out how dangerous alcohol is when you are going anywhere drunk.

It is murder and rehab does NOT work.

Only year-long education and slow introduction to alcohol works. In Denmark children down to age 10 are seen with alcohol and when they reach the age where they can drive, they have learned their lesson. Only 15 per 1,000,000 people are killed in Denmark during an entire year due to alcohol related accidents.

Can you beat that number and claim that the 21 year limit can produce better results.

She is out of control and she is too old to learn. Only a short prison term followed with a banishment to another country with another culture can save her now!

69. Police spokeswoman Calisse Lindsey said police stopped Lohan as she tried to drive out of a parking facility around 1:30 a.m. as she was leaving a party.

The officers smelled alcohol and administered a field sobriety test, which Lohan failed, Lindsey said.

When taken to the police station, the 21-year-old actress registered 0.12 and 0.13 in another test for alcohol levels, the spokeswoman said.

Officers also found a white powdery substance in Lohan's possession which tested positive for opiates, Lindsey said.

Lohan, whose film "I Know Who Killed Me" releases Friday, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance, bringing a controlled substance into a jail facility, and driving on a suspended license, according to Lindsey.

As of Tuesday morning, she was still in the Santa Monica jail, waiting for her $25,000 bail to be paid, she said.

By the time any decent lawyer arrives you should be sober enough to pass the test. Really, it's not that hard. Trust me on this.

71. I still don't get how anyone can REFUSE to take an alachol screening test that the cops want you to take? That isn't like taking the fifth. If you are acting drunk, you should have to take the test. Period.

No production company is going to want to hire Lindsay anytime in the future. She is done. Two trips to rehab. The day she gets out she goes straight to a private plane, to Vegas, to a club to party. We all know now that everything she said and did was a fake. Forget any big actress roles. She is going to be lucky to get Lifetime Movies now. She will get Tori Spelling rejects!

These women are entertaining and not too bright. On top of it...I hear Lindsay is betting people she can bed David Beckam. 74. I'm a fan of Lindsay's and I hate to say it but jail time might be the only way she's going to regain her perspective and appreciation for her life.

Rock bottom for these girls (who have overdosed on stardom because of their young age) would be sitting in a 9x11 concrete cell for months . . . with no priveledges, no visitors, no cell phone, no make up, hairspray or good food to eat. No mood altering substances or special acknowledgement from the guards. Just her and her orange jumpsuit. To sit and think. And grow up.
