She's not in jail, yet, but Lindsay Lohan's already earned her stripes! 
In light of her 2nd DUI arrest, Madame Tussauds in New York has slightly altered their wax figure of the "Mean Girls" star -- placing Lilo's likeness in prison stripes.
The museum made a similar alteration on Paris Hilton's figure last month when the heiress went behind bars ... but Linds pulls off the look a bit better!

Who was with her? Tell us their names, show us a picture of them. I bet the farm they were "friends". They dumped on her, bet they knew she was drinking and doing coke and they let her get behind the wheel of the car. They are so dumb they got in with her driving. I am so glad I don't have friends like that. They might have not done anything illegal but they are really low people and deserve the scorn of the public.

They should show Lindsey what she will really look like if they keep letting her out on the streets.
They should lay her wax figurein a casket OR Lindsey laying dead on the ground next to a fake crashed up car. They should also have a 2nd car with an innocent person that she has killed with a child laid out. I know it's gruesome. But that is the real scene that we all will be looking at in real life if they keep letting this addict rome the street and driving drunk because her name is famous and she has a little money.
Try Lindsy in a casket OR a wreck and make her stare at in while in her jail cell UNTIL she finally gets shipped straight to prison. Maybe after looking at that for a while she's get some point to what she is really doing.
i don't want to hear anymore whinning out of this rich childish celeberties. They cry toooo much. We all in the real world have it bad and we still drive from A - B while sober, not drugged. We move on not only because we have too, but because we want too. Bad things happening is apart of life.
These celeberties being a few thousand or million less than the week before is not an excuse for doing what they do...they are not depressed. ...they are spoiled.

Promises is NOT rehab! It's a damn day spa with a nurse attached! It's a joke! You won't find a REAL rehab anywhere in TMZ! She needs to go to Betty Ford or get to one OUTSIDE of CA!!Still say we should get Dr. Phil involved in this mess. If something is not done to change her course, she will be dead in 5 years - mark my words! And until she gets straight no movie company is going to trust her with their projects. She'll never get bond insurance again until she's straight!
Maybe 60 days or so behind bars would help her attitude. Hey! Maybe the LA Jail could open a special celeb wing and Lindsey, Brit, Nicole and the rest could all go together - along with their lawyers! Should make them serve the same jail time as their clients!

seem like jail is the only hope since glorified rehabs in calif serve no useful purpose but to take your cash..
here âs how the story should end:
lost of movies for 3yrs
lost of endorsments for 3yrs
losrt od singing contract for 3yrs
lost of freedom ( see courts)
serve 1 yr in jail for dui and cocaine position ( back to back duiâs )
must watch videos of mangled bodies from dui accidents for -5 hr a day
must watch video of surgeons trying to save lives of dui victims -3 hrs a day
must watch funerals of dui victims - 3 hrs a day
must read letters from orphans whose parents were killed due to dui
must donate 1 million to MADD
or
go to rehab outside of california for - 2yrs
serve community in service for 2000 hrs after release from rehab talking to teen about driving drunk and drugs

She should go the Paris route and start her own "Brand" of out of control, spoiled, drunk driving, somewhat sexy--but in a high maintenance-drama-kind-of-way, fun loving, paparazzi seeking, but always avoiding, jail bird, coke toting, marginal porn star status, marginal actress (credentially speaking), most def not a singer kind of way!!!! Whew.
Lindsay gurl, I think at this point be grateful you got caught! I don't think any of these girls got the parenting that many parents attempt to do their best of (most parents). I am the product of no so great parents, and I am far from perfect, but
I don't think she has an idea that her actions have consequences. Or it was instilled into her strongly enough. (spank spank)
In this case, the young woman is 21 years old. She at least has a chance to resuscitate her life, and get rid of some bad habits right now. This may be the only "rehab" that saves her life. You can't "pay" to be "cured". I think this diagrams a growing drug problem in the US. Drinking and driving arrests are up because even though the laws have become stricter, some people still insist on doing otherwise. Rehab doesn't work when people are in some mansion dialing their dealer...because they are not really in a "rehab". If a person seeks true change, then money won't buy it's comfort because sometimes change is painful. A cushy rehab just glamorizes the situation at hand. She's young, she's a good looking woman, and there always is hope. For someone who really wants to change, you don't have to be young, good looking, or a woman, but just don't lose yourself. Hollywood (and the people) can be? a huge pit of deception. Don't believe your own hype, because in the end, it's The People vs. Lindsay Lohan, and a Judge who probably won't think a person who blows a .12 and .13 is a person they would ever want to "run into." I know people think I'm kissing her ass, but I find it hard not to care about someone who is having this kind of problem. .....

A little white dust around her nostrils, a bottle of booze in her hand & that would make her outfit complete! Also the eyes aren't vacant enough! Make her look more like she did passed out like in that pic of her in the gray hoodie. That is realistic!!!
BOYCOTT!!! BOYCOTT "I Know Who Killed Me" & any other movies she MAY get into until she learns that you don't drink/snort/whatever & then get behind the wheel. Maybe if she doesn't earn any money she won't be able to go out & party. If you want to "save" her, the best way is to allow her to hit rock bottom. Let producers & directors see that she is too much of a liability, by letting them take a major hit right in the wallet. She truely is Dana Plato & ANS all rolled into one. I honestly don't see her reaching 22 if she keeps going the way she is. She needs to get serious about saving herself or she can kiss the idea of winning an Oscar adios!

46...SAM, a good guy is nice, but actually these partying whacked out girls would only treat a good guy like $#i+. I wouldn't wish that upon any guy. They need to get their lives together first otherwise all the great guys in the world won't be able to do a damn thing for them. Trust me, my sis is a druggie/alcoholic & she has had several wonderful men who loved her & wanted to help her. Where are they now?? Looooong gone cause all she did was treat them like $#i+, make their lives miserable & drive them away. The only thing that remains is her drugs & alcohol. NO MAN, no matter if he is an angel sent from heaven above can save Lindsay, Britney, Nicole or Paris. Only they can save themselves, by getting serious about getting off alcohol/drugs. NO MAN.
