Make Mine a Double! Lohan Busted for DUI -- AGAIN!

Lindsay Lohan was arrested for drunk driving in Santa Monica early this morning -- her second bust in less than three months.

According to the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept., 21-year-old Lohan was nailed around 2:15 AM near Pico Boulevard and Main Street early Tuesday morning.

Just last week, Lohan was quietly booked by Beverly Hills PD for an alleged Memorial Day weekend DUI crash. She was due back in court on August 24 to face charges of driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 and misdemeanor hit and run.

Lindsay just turned 21 -- legal drinking age -- earlier this month. She's been voluntarily wearing a SCRAM alcohol monitoring bracelet for the past couple of weeks, even flaunting the device during a recent beach outing in Malibu.

Story developing ...

496. all the lohan sympathizers saying "help her, shes misunderstood" really show that your as dumb as her. if you really wanna help her then you would know that prison will force her to quit her addictions and learn some responsibility. shes facing up to 6 years and no matter what shes serving time

497. If she was black, you would have seen the racist comments raining here.
but she's white and other races don't have time for racism. so it's: oh my god she so stupid and irresponsible.

498. This is a girl who just does not care. She has again and again put other peoples lives in danger. Sad thing is the drunk always walks away with no bruises. I hope she does real prison time. It's time to GROW up Lindsey!! I'm an ex drug user myself and you can quit when YOU want to. It doesn't matter where you live or how much money you have.

500. Alcohol/drug abuse is an illness with no cure we can only tackle it day by day by not taking the first drink.it can take someone years or maybe never to accept this.this does not make anyone a loser and it can happen to anyone no matter what their background is. i wish lindsay and anyone else facing their problems all the very best on their journey.

501. I think we are all sick and tired of these talentless Hollywood bimbos continually flaunting their body parts, drinking/drugging and driving, entering rehab countless times, having babies when they are mentally, physically and emotionally unstable...the list goes on and on. Are there not any talented young actresses in this country that would provide suitable role models for our daughters?

502. I dont really blame her,her mom should grow up or start her own therapy how to raise children/celebrity/its not about her,its about the life of her own child

503. I hate to say this but I really hope she winds up in jail before she kills herself or someone else. What saddens me the most is that these are the girls(Hilton and Spears as well) our young children look up to. We need some better role models in this country. This girl needs some serious help and not some lame ass rehab center. If she doesn't clean up her act she will be dead by 25!

504. Lindsay Lohan is such a douchbag......when is she gonna get it? I blame her parents for raising such a stupid, spoiled moron.

506. Tsk, tsk....Too bad money can't buy common sense or better friends. Maybe it's time to get out of the cesspool that is Hollywood. She's all but thrown her career down the toilet with the never-ending irresponsible behavior anyway. How many reality checks does one need? Nice role model for young, impressionable girls. ALCOHOLIC COKEHEAD. What's next? Heroin perhaps?

507. I'm not sure whom I feel most sorry for: Robert Altman, Jane Fonda, Mirl Streep and the numerous others who apparently tried to see her through some of her "rough times"; LL herself who is, in part, a victim of the "hollywood system" that produced such other (but a bit less conspicuous -- until the end) trageties as Garland, Monroe, etc. And let's not forget the "boys" (who, somehow, seem to survive a bit longer on average): John Beluchi, L. Barrymore (and other kin), D. Fairbanks, L. Hagman, P. Sellers, P. Finch, etc., etc., etc. WHAT A WASTE! And the "studio system" that constantly perpetuates and "enables" (even to the point of providing the "forbidden fruit"). And, of course, there are parents who have such low self-esteem or such unrequited "delusions of grandure" that they need fulfillment through their childrens' talent -- while, of course, taking all of the artificial "self-esteem" for themselves, and leaving their offspring with a very painful "nothing". And, then there are the "media sharks" who feel that they need to promote this behavior above what we [the US] are doing to the world and how the world perceives us -- so we rest securely in our blanket of voyurism and isolationism! Finally, there are those like us who hold shares in TWX, DIS and GE directly, as well as NWS, VIA, etc. through mutual fund; We should come together to stop this exploitation of young adults who have been deprived of a childhood and rescue what may be our last chance as a Nation of being anything but a "flash in the pan", 2 (or less) century phenominon. If communications and entertainment are our forte going forward, let's value and promote those talents -- rather than exploiting them!

508. Sad Sad Sad....while many will damn Lindsey there's those who can see right thru this to the very core of the problem. A very confused, conflicted young woman with more pressure on her and her every move than a normal human being can cope with.
I was not suprised at all to see this latest episode of LL. She needs real help and needs it for a very long time. If intervention is not soon she'll never live to see 25. The media sharks need to leave her alone and go feed elsewhere. Please guys leave this girl alone or just like Diana, you'll kill her too.

509. Who in their right mind would waste their hard-earned good money to see the movie she is in that is scheduled to be released July 27? Who would even buy the DVD?

Posted at 8:42PM on Jul 24th 2007 by Boycott her movie

510. How long before this pathetic train-wreck kills herself or some innocent person just driving home from work or an errand????? The BITCH couldn't even go one day out of extended stay in rehab. Pathetic.
