Make Mine a Double! Lohan Busted for DUI -- AGAIN!

Lindsay Lohan was arrested for drunk driving in Santa Monica early this morning -- her second bust in less than three months.

According to the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept., 21-year-old Lohan was nailed around 2:15 AM near Pico Boulevard and Main Street early Tuesday morning.

Just last week, Lohan was quietly booked by Beverly Hills PD for an alleged Memorial Day weekend DUI crash. She was due back in court on August 24 to face charges of driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 and misdemeanor hit and run.

Lindsay just turned 21 -- legal drinking age -- earlier this month. She's been voluntarily wearing a SCRAM alcohol monitoring bracelet for the past couple of weeks, even flaunting the device during a recent beach outing in Malibu.

511. Plenty of people "relapse" without getting behind the wheel. She wasn't supposed to be driving at all due to a suspended license. IT IS OBVIOUS SHE CARES NOT FOR YOU OR YOUR FAMILY~this selfish criminal cares only for herself. She wasn't even doing this on a weekend but on a Monday! She must drink and drug 24/7! Do not see her movies or put any more money in her pockets or that of her mother, fame hungry Dina Lohan.

Anyone who cared at all about anything should have had brains enough to hire a driver or stay home to drink and drug. I want to know who the passengers in her car were. Wonder if they're the same ones who were with her when she crashed into the tree in Beverly Hills the last time and when cocaine was found in the car.

517. Ha Ha you stupid ass you! Okay Mommy Dina what 's your defence now? Last year it was "she's just being 20," while you continued to party with her. Looks like you're trying to live your life through her rather than be a MOTHER to her. On top of that she's not that good of an actress, all she did as a kid actress is yell and scream. I hated her acting in Georgia Rules, she sucked big time. I would never go see her in a movie again and the only reason I went to this one was because of Jane Fonda.

518. It would have been better for Lindsay Lohan if she'd had her vehicle up on blocks -- why even be ABLE to drive a car when you can't do it legally? At this point, I recommend, for her own protection, selling all vehicles and buying one or more later, after she becomes legally able to drive again.

Putting a vehicle on blocks would have helped both Lindsay Lohan and, earlier, Paris Hilton. In fact, I think for people living in a single-person household (where no one legally able to drive would be there) the DMV should require that vehicles be either put on blocks, sold, impounded, or otherwise disabled from driving, if the only would-be driver has a suspended license. This would usually be the best thing for all concerned and could prevent repeated arrests and posible jail time.

520. i got a DUI 5 years ago...have not driven while drinking since...learned my lesson the first time....why in the world would you do it again......bad judgement....no accountability....i really hope hollywood shuns her for this....

521. My younger brother got arrested for his 2nd DUI in sacramento and had to do 5 months in Placercounty jail. Why is Paris and Lohan able to get out scott free? Is it the money? Or is it our messed up justice system? We live in a unfair justice system people...Nothing will change...(True story)
