Lindsay Lohan was popped for possession of cocaine, driving under the influence, transporting a narcotic into a custodial facility and driving on a suspended license. Sources say her blood alcohol level was between .12 and .13, well over the .08 legal limit.
Cops tell TMZ cocaine was found in her pants pocket.

Obviously she didn't learn anything when she was "in treatment". I say throw her ass in jail and let her detox in there for a while. Let her talk to her friend Paris about jail time. Stop coddling these stupid kids.

It will be interesting to see how this one plays out...Is it finally the bottom from which anyone with an addiction illness must hit at some point before they begin to recover...sometimes the bottom is lower each time we hit it...I really do hope this is the last one before death...overcomes her...either by her own hand or at 100 mph on a dead end road...wake up hollywood...your children are dying, for the love of...money.

Whats wrong with this girl? Shes going to go down hard this time and I doubt the judge will have any leniency for her at all. Rehab doesnt mean anything unless you the addict is ready to say I have had enough. This girl isnt ready to give it up. I guess she thinks shes invincable. She has pratically killed whats left of her career. Look how long it took Rober Downy Jr to come back. The studio that holds her contract needs to fire her until she can get it straight. Thank God she didnt kill or hurt anyone when she was behind the wheel.

what an addict. i pray that nothing will EVER rule my life like that. since taking away her license didn't work she should be under house arrest to guarantee that she can't drive. at this point the only left to do is for her to get herself killed or kill someone else while driving drunk/high. i knew that ankle bracelet was for show. this is beyond tragic.

Put her ass away. I saw the pictures on TMZ of her this weekend - apparently she was partying despite already being in trouble. She's a loser who needs help. I guess rehab doesn't work if you think you're above the damn law. If one of us was caught doing what she was doing or had what she had we'd be in the slammer for years. Hollywood Justice again.

Does anyone know why her liscence was suspended before? Also, is jail time usually given for a first time possession? How much did she have? Did she leave the scene of an accident too?
