23. I think that if she were anyone else she would be in jail until the arraignment. Justice is definately not equal under the law! I hope that they give her some serious jail time but I doubt it since she is rich and famous. She will probably only get 23 days! So much for justice and doing the time for the crime!

The paparazzi probably have tons of footage, they're probably negotiating the juiciest price for the film and pics. Most probably going to be bought by Lohan herself though to avoid any more embarrassment from her crazy behavior.

30. This is just so sad. Yet another example of why people her age should not have access to that much money - just another day in Hollywood. I really hope she can get well. I have an ominous feeling that she's going to dead within 5 years. A mom who doesn't care about anything but her daughter's career and money, no matter what the cost, and a father who is just as whacked as Lindsay and probably use the same dealer. Did anyone expect different? She is such a lost little girl.
