Michael Lohan -- Stay Away from Lindsay or Else

Michael Lohan is acting like a concerned parent, but TMZ knows better.
Michael Lohan, Lindsay Lohan, Blair Berk
Lohan, who is on parole, has been ordered to stay away from Lindsay. Law enforcement sources tell us the order was issued last month by the New York State Division of Parole, Central Long Island Bureau.

In addition to staying away from Lindsay, the Parole Board ordered Michael to keep his distance from Lindsay's lawyer, Blair Berk. We're told the order was issued after Michael made "repeated, unreciprocated contacts" with Lindsay and Berk.

We're told the Board has told Lohan it will violate his parole if he attempts to make contact with his daughter or her lawyer.

17. Who cares?????? Seriously, I'm so sick of theses cokewhores and their arrests and their publicists throwing the word "rehab" around like it means anything. Celebrity rehab is a joke, there are probably more drugs being passed around in those places than in Pete Doherty's blood stream. Lohan will probably get a slap on the wrist and another ankle bracelet which is only there for effect. I want to see one of these no talent party girls get some serious time and not have the media glamorize it like they did with Paris. The second they have to spend real time in jail and don't get a pat on the back for it, is the day they'll stop this stupidity. Until then, everyone knows even bad publicity is good publicity and they just keep laughing all the way to the bank.

18. Leave her alone.

19. Sad...she's just a child with nobody to show her right from wrong and the media as her canvas. Dada's an excon and mommie's trying to turn a buck off her daughter. Now she has a serious addiction problem and legal issues...at what age...she can't be over 21 whole years old. These kids need mentors in hollywood...maybe something like the NBA teams do for their young stars. One would hope the media leaves her alone---stop paying the pap for the pictures--its gone beyond entertainment news.

20. He's a convicted felon If Lindsay is convicted of drug charges or any type of felony isn't there a law that prevents them from being in contact with each other even if they are related? Her father was on Access Hollkywood tonight. He's a jerk. Seems to me he's talking out of both sides of his mouth. Oh, by the way he's found the Lord. He's now an ordained minister.

21. I think it will take more than rehab to scare Lindsay straight. I sure hope that Lindsay gets more than 23 days in jail! I wonder if anyone will create a MySpace profile like those that were done for Paris like "Throw Paris back in jail!" I think that it would be totally hillarious if someone created a "Throw Lindsay Lohan in Jail" MySpace profile!

22. Well said, Tug. Hopefully, news like this will get old really fast, and another (better? please?) "fad" will take over. It's very sad that back in the 1980's Dina Lohan had a grand plan and it backfired big time. Greed doesn't pay, I swear. Neither does fame. Crime speaks for itself.

23. I had no idea Molly Shannon was part of Lindsay Lohan's family, too.

24. Lindsay too, is now an alcholic felon too, so what's the difference? And a coke whore vs. a recovering alcoholic father....hmmmm....which is worse? Same question, I can't help but wonder if this is what Lindsay wanted, or is it what the Mother wanted? Seems to me, he seems a lot more sincere, than her Mother. The mother seems self-centered.

25. How could he possibly worse than enabler party with your kid Dina Lohan, another revolting stage mother mother like Kathy Hilton?

27. These young female punks (Nicole, Paris, Lindsay, Brittney) are rich, pretty, and have the careers most girls their ages would kill for. Is this enough? F - no! They have to put other people's lives in real danger by drunk/drugged speeding down the streets with the rest of us. When they get caught red-handed: REHAB! Way to dodge life, you losers! Just be sure that you kill yourself, and only yourself when you fInally crash and burn and your spin doctors won't be able to help you then. Hey kids - 3 words: Anna Nicole Smith.

Nuff said.
