182. Why is it that the people who are having serious troubles, that CAN be helped, so that they will never return to their old ways, always commit suicide? But these sorry ass useless people with all the advantages just keep going, when they have more access to the means.

Better for Lohan to take her self out alone, than to have her murder someone else because the courts keep giving her special treatment. What a waste. There are so many that want help and the families & courts ignore them. But these people keep surviving until the kill someone else, or kill someone & also themselves.

Lohan needs prison NOT jail. The California courts are too soft on the rich & spoiled. Although sometimes when they do murder the innocent they still can walk the streets& go to nightly parties. Like the singer Brandi, who is still walking around free with NO court date for the death that she –Brandi – caused. They’re living still wild & free while the bereaved families cries nightly & thinks of their murdered loved one. They are the ones that have needs because of their lost. They can’t lie on the beach & travel for weeks to exotic destinations until they feel better like the useless celebrities. The families of the victims have to go right back to work, & then work even harder for the rest of their lives.

Lindsey needs to rid herself now. I don’t think anyone would miss her. Lindsey is like Paris & Vanessa Millino (Nick Lachey’s Girlfriend) they are useless to everyone, especially themselves.

Don’t say goodbye Lindsey…just go away…you are making California & the American youth look dreadful. Too hear about Daniel Rancliffe, Bindi & etc... from other countries doing something in their careers or for the environment were they live and here in America IS useful to everyone, & themselves.

BUT…You’re embarrassing Lindsey & so useless. You and your drugged out, in the closet bi-sexual, alcoholic nobody friends. Your smug smiles aren’t cute now, and they surely won’t be after the innocent has been murdered because of YOU and YOUR friend’s irresponsibility.

183. although i think it's sad that this young life has been ruined, posiibly forever, jail seems to be the only place where she won't have access to the destructive things she's allowing to ruin her life. and while it's her making the decisions and choices she does, her parents are to hold some of the blame, obviously they did not provide a stable foundation for this poor girl and never bothered to act like they were her PARENTS.

Many of you have noticed a person with many screen names on this TMZ site who seems to argue, verbally attack other posters, steal screen names, actually have arguments with her/himself, under different screen names. This person must live on every site on TMZ and gets perverse pleasure over playing games like this.

When you post you are going to report (or have reported) this person's screen name to TMZ, he/she/it will steal your screen name and make a post (mainly using foul language) against another person who has posted, having nothing to do with your post - just out of the blue, as if you have used such language in posting.

This person is very sick and perverted. Some posts he/she/it makes are the subject at hand, stating Lindsay is trash, should be in jail, other posts are complete idolization.
Some are very lengthy ones, copied from Google sites, others are Religious quotations.
Also - likes to start with the Race Card, which I saw a few today on TMZ sites for Lindsay.

I am using anonymous as my screen name, because this WHACK JOB has done it to me previously and several people I know who post comments.

If you read the comments on the site, you will start to see the pattern this person uses.

A few screen names tonight appear to be: Angel, Dream Girl, Genna, Just Asking - Genna seems to be the number 1 tonight, and the later it gets, the more this person posts and posts and posts.

My suggestion - just ignore this person. Don't get drawn into this infantile behavior.

I am not obsessed with this person by counting the posts, but I have been in contact with TMZ personally and they are very interested in this, as they have counters for the hits/comments received for their advertising partners. Screen names are traced back to email addresses.

191. Rehab hasn't helped LL, so put her away for at least 6 months!! Jail will make her sober up! Putting her in rehab again will just buy her a month or two before she's out and driving under the influence of God knows what again! Thank God she hasn't killed herself or someone else, which is what is going to happen if she's not locked up!! If she was just an average "joe smoe", she wouldn't be able to post bond!!! She'd be locked up until her initial hearing!! She's either headed for jail or the morgue!! Take your pick LL!!

The reason Genna had to post more than one comment in response to Snoop’s comment to her was because repeated attempts, TMZ would not send an e-mail link to the entire response, so she had to post it in separate posts – not something anyone likes to do, as it takes up space and is not fair to other readers.

We do not play the games you suggest here on your post, nor do we attack people verbally with crude language. In addition to opinions, we try to present the facts as many of them are just not known or are completely ignored. We will quote articles, give links to sites that support those facts in much the same way as you have done. We never use other people’s names, play the “race card,” post religious references, etc.

Both my wife, Genna, and I do not approve of Hilton’s touting herself as a “role model” for teenagers, nor the constant media coverage via TMZ. Our family and friends also feel the same – and for very good reasons. More than one, I might add, has posted here, to TMZ’s stories. I do not post much any more, because I have been attacked in much the same way Genna was by “DreamGirl.” Where May made her mistake was in defending Genna. Although she was only trying to help, it’s a no win situation and only incites more defensive behavior and false accusations.

We respect your posts and intentions, anonymous, but in this instance I think some clarification or an apology is warranted.

194. I agree she does need help, but she has already been to rehab and obviously that didn't help. Besides with all that money she has she could easily get help if she really wanted to. She's old enough to know what the hell she does. I say throw her ass in jail and let her learn the lesson the hard way. Its her own damn fault anyways.
