Lindsay Lohan might be adding a whole lotta striped jumpsuits to her wardrobe.

Already facing charges for driving under the influence and misdemeanor hit and run in Beverly Hills, Lindsay racked up even more charges last night in Santa Monica, and is now facing big-time jail time.

The maximum sentence she faced for the original DUI and hit and run charges was 6 months for each. Last night, Lindsay was charged with another DUI -- if convicted of both DUIs, she could face up to one year in jail. And the horror doesn't stop there! She was also charged with possession of cocaine, which is a felony and carries a maximum of three years in jail.

La Lohan is accused of driving on a suspended license as well, which carries a maximum of one year in jail. Her frenemy Paris Hilton was sentenced to 45 days for the same offense.

As far as the allegation of bringing cocaine into a correctional facility -- our sources tell us that this charge will most likely be dropped, because it is only enforced if someone transports drugs to an inmate in custody. La Lohan didn't willingly go to jail last night!

Judges don't take kindly to arrestees whose crimes occur so close together -- so it's quite possible that the proverbial book will be thrown at her. In a worst case scenario, Lilo could face SIX YEARS in jail!

77. LL is such a loser. I really hope she goes to prison. I hope movie producers stop casting her in their movies because she a crappy actress. Her mom is a stupid loser too. The apple doesn't fall to far from the tree.

78. Even after serving time of three years in jail Linsey Lohan will be still be younger than Paris Hilton was when she was in jail. Linsey Lohan is young more than five years younger than Paris. If Paris Hilton had attended formal high school, Linsey would not have even been a freshman yet when Paris was a senior. Linsey and Paris are not approperate comparables.

82. Fonzi in response to your question as to the resisting arrest charge, the same situation happened to me in 2005. I had two DUI's just shy of three months and I was so scared on the second one I refused to get out of my car. Even though I did nothing physical or verbal, they still charged me with resisting arrest. That coupled with it being my second DUI resulting in $28,000 bail I had, (compared to 5K on my first) Lindsay's was 25K. The judge will base his fines and jail sentence, including that charge, which will most likely be combined with her Memorial Day DUI, resulting in one set of fines, penalties, jail and DUI 18 month program with automatic 3 year driver license revocation- IT IS A BITCH!!

To Erika from someone who knows, having been in four rehabs starting out with Betty Ford in 1992 and my last at Promises in 2002. It took two DUI's, jail time, 18 month weekly DUI program, AA meetings and the loss of my license for 3 years to give me the 18+ months I have today.

85. Wow. Nice. I predict 6 months in the clink with a 2 month follow up rehab. But until August 24, rehab in the meantime.

88. Aw, BOO HOO for arrogant pampered little miss fancy pants. I say throw the book at her, and several other books as well. If the LA judicial system & all involved in it are looking to make an example out of someone (after the paris hilton fiasco), this is the one to dump on...
