the Justice system is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO broken. Totally broken.
I have seen it careen out of control since the 60's . with mandatory sentences, and Sentences that "stack" on top of each other.. and Lawyers that quote the law as if its the bible.

6 years is something a person with 3rd degree murder should get.
plus lets not forget Drugs should be legal in the first place. It should be a free Country .....but its not.
but they annoyingly way the law stacks charges and say ita as if its reasonable is something I will never accept. Its bull. Linday shoudld get 30-45 days .tops..

93. Lindsay needs to mov out of the Hollywood environment, and preferably out of California. In addition these joke Califonia rehab cenetrs are nothing but hideouts until the heats off. If she is serious about getting help do it some place like St. Mary's in Minnesota.

95. To all that are boo-hooing over Ms. Lohan, get a grip. I've read everything from she's a product of her enviorment to even if she wasn't a star, she would still be an alcholic/druggie. Guess what folks, many people live/lived in a home where alchol or drugs were an everyday event. Yet, there are those that don't go down that path . Why you may ask? Because they CHOOSE not to lose everything to get high, or risk their health and family for the next drink/party. Lindsay CHOSE to go down the same path as her father. With everything that has been afforded to her, she CHOSE to instead of get a driver (which if i had the dough she did that is the first thing I'd get) drive drunk and HIGH! I feel no bit of sympothay for her. She went to rehab and because all she really wants to do is get lit, it didn't work. Then she tries to pull the "Im a good girl routine" by voluntarily getting the alchol monitoring device, well look what heppend. Home girl got drunk and coked up, CHASED PEOPLE IN AN SUV, was not willing to go to jail and now hopefully will spend a long time in the clink. I hope she get's the help she desperately needs, but let's be real, she won't. She doesn't have to, becasue there will still be fans that love her, movie makers that want her in them, a family that needs her to work so they can live like Kings and Queens, and none of this will end until she is either dead or literally leaves Hollywood for good and leads a normal, uneventful life like the rest of us normal citizens. I hate to say this, but If she continues this behavior I hope it is her that kills herself and not some innocent child, adult, famliy. If she wants to do this to herself, fine she's 21 she can do whatever she wants. But she does not have the right to jepordize any innocent people along her road of self implosion.

103. We seem to have forgotten the Martha Stewart upgrade option, meaning, Lilo can pay for an upgrade in accomodations. She won't go to a sterotypical prison, more like a club med, low security, bring your own clothes type of thing...money does things...(Bush - Vietnam)
As far as "help" goes...I think she needs to go into the military and serve with our troops in the middle east, maybe it will teach her how selfish she is for wasting our time, taking advantage of our freedoms that previous generations fought to attain. That statement might not seem to have a bearing on this situation to most of you people whose lives revolve around the lives of celebrities...sorry.
I can relate to a drug and high rolling lifestyle as well as taking things for granted...i had a good life, I over indulged....then I was caught, sent to jail for 11 months. While there I lost everything on the outside, job, house, cars, Harleys...but I'm back!! In the 10 years since, i have it all back but newer and better...sure i still party, but in moderation.
It's not the end of the world if you go to jail, if you learn from it.

105. She SHOULD be put in jail for a LONG time. She was a role model for young girls, and now what is she teaching them...to drink drive and take drugs. The longer she sits in jail the better
