32. This hits home for me, I lived with a drug addict....My prayers go out to her, because from experience that is not easy to shake. Think about how many of us cannot quit smoking cigarettes, let alone quitting coke or any drug. Not to mention she's always in the camera as well. I feel bad for her, beautiful girl, great actress...just going down the tube.
On the other hand, having just left rehab, i dont think she should have been out partying at the beach house so soon, that's where it went down....

33. Wouldn't you go to bed at a decent hour if you had to do Leno the next day! What a looooooooooozer! Blood alcohol content of .13 - you would have to sleep all day to be presentable for anything the next day! She's had no sleep I'm sure! She must be hungover as hell! I hope Jay just rips her a new one tonight!

34. I'm sick of overpaid and overxposed Lindsay and am not about to spend any of my money to support her by seeing her now being hyped movie. Eventually Hollywood will realize that Lindsay's on her way out (and the sooner the better. .. )

35. News outlets are reporting the voluntary alcohol detection bracelet Ms
Lohan has been wearing is just that. When it is referred to as
voluntary it means the person puts it on voluntarily and can take it
off like a watch anytime, as it is voluntary and not locked. This has been a joke all week w/t many associated with regional offices of probation, even case workers in our Social Services dept were LOL as it was so unplausible. When it is voluntary you have no agency monitoring your compliance/funding is not there for voluntary use. It is then an honor system. If you are an active alcoholic or recentl rehaber, chances are you are not capable of self monitoring and should not be associating with drinkers or going to bars as it is too tempting in early recovery. Common Sense, that brings us to the advise she got at that expensive rehab.

REHAB SHAM:
Needs Betty Ford, not this Malibu crap rehab. The NEW rehab is such a
shame, travesty, joke to our intelligence. The starlets like Lohan,
Spears, and Riche are playing the public with this glitzy/relaxed rehab.
Bottomline: they are not just playing games with the public, but with
themselves. They are the ones hurt. Their arrogance is killing their
careers and health.The ones with kids or pregnant are also hurting
their families.

36. iam a recovering alcoholic/drug addict,often times it takes what it takes to get to a point of desperation,she hasnt reached a spiritual bottom.i have a show on radio in los angeles called RECOVERY NATION ON "AM830"from 10pm to100am 7 nights a week.the calls i get always have this element of PLEASE HELP ME.she needs help...iam not a believer in jail but real treatment for addiction.....
SHES "NOT A BAD PERSON JUST A SICK PERSON TRYING TO GET BETTER"
it is so important that we as a "people" that we encourge her,not kick her to the curb.
lets pray for her,if you were sick youd want prayer as well.

40. I agree with Sam, I cannot understand why these wealthy people who know they are going to drink dont hire a limo to drive them. I guess it proves how irresponsable they are. And I guess since there is no accountability for them, why should they hire someone to drive them?

41. What a shame. Hopefully she's hit rock bottom this time and she can finally get the help she needs to get her life back together. Unfortunately, sounds like some jail time is in her future, but perhaps that's what she needs at this point. I agree with sam in that I never understand why celebrities even risk driving when (especially in LA) they could have a driver at their disposal. And why is it that all the clubs that knowingly served her before her 21st birthday didn't lose their liquor licenses?? I see this all the time in the tabloids and it amazes me.

45. I wonder what LL has against her father that isn't any different than what she is doing. She needs some serious jail time, and she needed parents who raised her with rules and taught her responsibility, and to think of others. B/c in the real world eventually she will mess up and kill someone or herself. I think (if) all these young troubled girls are role models, then the judges should not let them off easy. they should not get away with these actions just b/c they are in movies, or sing. Give them steep fines and jail time. I hope Jay refuses to promote her until she cleans up her act for at least a year. I wont be going to see any of her moves, she has no idea the good she could do with her money. instead she acts like white trash and i don't think any of her 'friends' are truly looking out for her. Yes she needs to akowlege there is a higher power. Jesus will forgive her and give her strength that Betty Ford or rehab can never give.
