Doubt she'll get off without jail time this time. Looks like Lohan is going to learn the hard way about how to become clean and sober. No more spa vacations masquerading as rehab for Lohan. And, looks like a stiff sentence is what she truly needs to become sober.

56. When will this girl realize how precious life is? I recently lost a daughter to drinking and drugs. Our lives will never be the same. What makes Lindsay so special that she can get out of trouble every time without consequences? I hope they get her the help she needs before she ends up killing some innocent stranger or herself. I will boycott her music and movie so her income doesn't go to her self destruction. All of you are right, get a driver!!! I think there should be money left over after her habits for a chauffeur
