TMZ has learned that Jason "Gummi Bear" will be attending an outpatient detox facility to deal with his plethora of issues, but according to his rep, "Jason is not in rehab. He did not check himself into treatment. He's not receiving outpatient treatment and is not receiving counseling." Got that?

10. I feel so sorry for LnL. The poor girl obviously is on her way to be our gen's MnM.Loves ones around her seemv to be keeping her unbalanced. She has spiraled so far out, I feel that the hammer is going to fall this time. I hope she can handle whats to come.
