94. Hers wasn't court-ordered deano, sounds like yours was. She probably had the signal sent to the lawyer because when she did have her day in court her lawyer could serve as a credible witness to say that she hadn't been drunk since rehab. Which obviously won't happen now.

95. I don't really care one way or another about Lindsay, in particular, but it is sort of freaky that just a few hours after the alcohol detection device went off, that she was in police custody. I am not really proud of it, but I have driven after drinking a few thousand times in my life and have never been pulled over. She really seems to be suffering from some horrible luck.

I'm surprised that they've even tried, as it's fairly obvious that no one has sympathy in the least for this overaged child.

People have just had enough with the spoiled little rich celebrities. Hell, Paris Hilton had her own bleeping cellphone in jail with her. No collect calls for HER! It's gotten old and we'd like to be entertained by responsible people for a change.

Responsible people who will be seen investigating, prosecuting and ultimately imprisoning the spoiled little rich celebrities who have long needed to learn that there are seriously consquences for bad actions.

100. Okay, OMG, it's all become clear. The tracking device, the late night confrontation, the panicked car chase. This Paris-Nicole-Lindsay-Brit thing is a giant conspiracy run by Karl Rove to distract the American people from Bush's catastrophes and crimes!! The deconstruction of American liberties is underway while all of the country is witlessly transfixed by these convincingly real life dramas. All of these transgressions and arrests and court dates and photo ops are meticulously prearranged as well as being cyclical. Paris will be side-lined for a while by LiLo and then another will be scheduled to out-do her, etc. I fear Brit's handlers are just going to let her go down--too unstable. But Lindsay, I'm certain, was trying to break free from this evil entrapment. She's been protesting her innocence. She's talking to us all! America, listent to Lindsay!

103. Crash and Burn Lohan...there has been, and always will be, people who feel the need to use drugs/alcohol instead of facing life, and themselves. Anti-depressants are the most prescribed drugs in this country, and who can even count the number of alcoholics/addicts, really? It's sad, but true, you can't save them all. That could happen in the future (a NEW DRUG maybe!), but meanwhile, lives will be lost, and Lohans life is no more precious than anyone elses.

105. She claims that the coke wasn't hers. WTF?!!! Coke was found in her car less than 2 months ago when she had her hit & run!!! Now, it's found in her pocket after the cops pick her up. My grandmother had to suffer with the results of someone driving drunk for over 35 years. She was hit on Christmas Eve by a drunk driver & was left with severly mangled legs & left arm...she had to live with the memory of that man's "mistake" everyday. He only spent 6 months in jail, her sentence was 3-1/2 decades! Now, is that fair? Lindsay, Nicole, Paris, Britney & all their enablers ought to think about that & then decide if all the drugs & alcohol is worth it. Isn't it time for them to see the results of driving while under the influence of drugs &/or alcohol! It's more than heartbreaking, it's downright criminal!!
