106. I think if we should thank the law enforcement officers who took this chronic reoffender off the streets. Instead of bushes (or another member of the paparazzi) she's been stopped before some major calamity happened. Shame on her mother for caring more about her daughter's paycheck than her meal ticket itself...even if you don't like your kid that much don't jeopardize the rest of LA....and not for nothing, I hope the DA of that district realizes that these people don't respect anything or anyone. This "fad" of wearing an ankle bracelet is just showing how retarded they think you are in their "taking sobriety seriously" ..and all they get is community service aka making a Public Service Announcement about the dangers of driving intoxicated. How about the judicial system of California take a stand towards being righteous and stop favoring celebrities and prosecute them just like you would "John Q. Public". The safety of the state should not have a price tag or be worth a headline.

107. I am not sure MADD would accept her money at this time. Maybe if she was dried out for years they would. But why would they want to be associated with a repeat offender who has showed no will to resolve her addictions.

The girl is never going to quit till she kills someone and then She would say it was not her fault.

108. Lying again, blaming her assistant's mother....She lives not in reality, but in a reality of her own; alcohol and drug induced. She is 21 and feels she is better than everyone and screw the world "I'll never get caught". She apparently was brought up with NO parental guidance. The only thing now is jail. Face the facts, she is a CRIMINAL AND NO BETTER THAN ANYONE ELSE WHO BREAKS THE LAW! Rehab? It means nothing to her except a place to hide and when she comes out "I can damn well do whatever I want." Well, hopefully the cell awaits.

109. In my opinion Miss Lohan is out of control with drugs and alcohol, repeatedly getting arrested or stopped for her driving. It is time the DA and the courts look into RECKLESS ENDAGERMENT. She needs to lose her driving privilage. Yes, it is a privilage to drive not a right. Her recent actions would not only land her in jail in NH but loss of license for years to come.

She has made a joke of the rehab system. She commits a crime and then checks in to rehab to get out of it. Now there is her true acting talent. Not the movies she makes.

112. So, DUMBASS ho-han knew she was lojacked; she drank anyway, knowing full well that her lawyer would be chasing after her. What does that say about the brainpower (or lack thereof) of this twit? I say toss her ass in jail immediately; let her come clean like others do in prison: cold turkey. Then, she'd know enough about how painful it can be to avoid alcohol for good.

113. Does anyone who dumps on Lindsay as a human being, know why her parents split? Did it have anything to do with her father being in prison for a DUI? What kind of family does she come from? She's going nowhere fast and needs counselling. Her father is looking out for her yet her mother isn't supportive. Whatever went on between her parents then and now, I'm sure....affected Lindsay. A young person drinks and/or uses drugs to escape. What is she emotionally or psychyologically, running from?? She definitely needs some kind of intervention. She's a young 21 but not an adult on an emotional or psychological level.
She doesn't have the emotional or psychological strength to help herself and is obviously out of control.

114. If you are truely addicted to alcohol/drugs you lose the ability to think rationaly, the chemicals do the thinking, you are the past the point of making the choice to stop, you're either forced to stop ( jail or forced long-term treatment) or you waste your life being a slave to your demons.

117. Lindsay is an addict. Rehab didn't work...twice. Next step? The slammer. Sometimes it's the only rehab that's effective. These young Hollywood stars think they're too rich or too pretty or both to serve time. Wrong. It's her turn and maybe a turn in jail will turn her around.
One can only hope.

120. LINSDAY WAS NOT DRINKING SUNDAY NIGHT. I saw her eating at Taverna Tony's in Malibu between 9:00 and 11:00. She was completely sober and celebrating a friend's birthday. The paparazzi were speeding after her black escalade when she left in the passenger seat.
