Celebrity Justice
Lohan Blasts Back: "I am Innocent"

Lindsay Lohan is refusing to accept responsibility for her Tuesday morning DUI arrest, releasing a straight-to-the-point statement to Access Hollywood's Billy Bush yesterday:

"Yes. I am innocent... did not do drugs they're not mine. I was almost hit by my assistant Tarin's mom. I appreciate everyone giving me my privacy."

211. God throw her in prison already. OK so you're so high and mighty VOLUNTARILY wearing a alcohol bracelet but you go to PURE AS SOON AS YOU GET OUT. Then you crazy bitch you're terrorizing the mother of your ex employee, you're drunk as hell and have not just coke, but PACKETS OF COKE IN YOUR POCKETS!!! When cops refer to "Packets" that could be 50 dollars worth in each. And let's not forget the mugshot! She is coked out of her mind she has no pupils! give me a break, turn off the stove because this bitch is fried and done.

212. these celebrities and their drug and alcohol issues. Deny deny deny, why is it that they believe they don't have to take responsibility for their actions ? If this is what money buys I would rather live paycheck to paycheck like I do for the rest of my life. I wouldn't trade my ordinary life for hers for twenty million dollars.

213. ok this is what lindsay's lawyer is doing today. She is trying to find some suck-up to stand up and say they were their drugs. She will offer this person a ton of money and Lindsay will be forever grateful. I like to comment that Lindsay should be planning her funeral because that is the sad truth. She could be like a President who normally has a say in how they want to be buried. I get it.......Good thinking mom/dad Lohan. Way to have your childs back. I think that instinctual mother thing was not given to Lindsay's Mom.

214. Mark my words, Lindsay's own personal humble pie is already in the oven and she'll be served a generous slice in due time. Nothing says Reality Check like 6 months in the pokey, ask Robert Downey.

216. The hole gets deeper & deeper until you decide for yourself to drop the shovel. You determine your own bottom or outside forces will do it for you.

The alternative is jail, institutions or an early death. Hopefully you can find your way out of the squirrel cage & quit repeating the insanity over & over again. Their is a way out , it is about being honest with yourself. To thine own self be true & the rest will take care of it self...

What do you have to lose beside your addiction by following these suggested steps?

THE TWELVE STEPS
OF ALCOHOLICS ANONYMOUS

1. We admitted we were powerless over alcohol — that our lives had become unmanageable.

2. Came to believe that a Power greater than ourselves could restore us to sanity.

3. Made a decision to turn our will and our lives over to the care of God as we understood Him.

4. Made a searching and fearless moral inventory of ourselves.

5. Admitted to God, to ourselves and to another human being the exact nature of our wrongs.

6. Were entirely ready to have God remove all these defects of character.

7. Humbly asked Him to remove our shortcomings.

8. Made a list of all persons we had harmed, and became willing to make amends to them all.

9. Made direct amends to such people wherever possible, except when to do so would injure them or others.

10. Continued to take personal inventory and when we were wrong promptly admitted it.

11. Sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with God, as we understood Him, praying only for knowledge of His will for us and the power to carry that out.

12. Having had a spiritual awakening as the result of these steps, we tried to carry this message to alcoholics, and to practice these principles in all our affairs.

220. Lindsay, please take a break. You need it. The public needs it. It's hard to feel sorry for someone who has the world by the tail, but just takes it for granted. The "poor me" story is wearing thin. You don't even know what problems are!! You have the option of living every American's dream, and you're doing everything you can to sabotage yourself. We all have bigger problems than what latest fiasco "LiLo" has gotten herself into. While you and the other bimbos in the news do provide a certain amount of entertainment, I for one am tired of it. Take a break. Live a quiet life. Stay off drugs and off our television screens. You probably think Hillary Duff and Ann Hathaway are "dorks," but I'll bet they're having the last laugh now.

221. Let's see, the drugs weren't mine (either time), I was just holding them for a friend. Also, someone forced open my mouth and poured large amounts of liquor down my throat and then forced me to drive my car.

Makes perfect sense to me, she is truly the victim here. Maybe she does need prison in order to hit bottom.

222. 21 and not only an alcoholic, but a coke freak as well.
Talk about a dysfunctional family. Not only is Lindsay f'd up
but her parents are as "sick" as she is.
The lesson here is that you can have tons of money and
it doesn't FIX anything.
Is it me or does this rehab Promises seem like a BIG waste of money?
It doesn't seem like they are helping ANY of these girls, including Britney
who is a walking Poster Girl for Mental Illness.

223. Ever heard of Hazelton
Now that is re-hab
serious stuff there and no bs allowed
She would just be another patient there
maybe if she really wants help she should try
someplace like that

Betty Ford is also a good place
she'll even have to make her own bed at either place
or at least she will learn if she hasn't made one up to now

Although the bed she has made for herself is proving very uncomfortable
now . . .

This , I am afraid is not her "bottom"
That will come when she is no longer emplolable because they can't get
an insurance company to insure her

She's already lost one film due to that and from the critics of her new movie, not sounding to good to get that long career she says she wants.
She would have to stay home at night if she wanted to be a serious actress.

Another one bites the dust!

224. As someone who has been in recovery for 16 years, I was fearful when I saw that Lindsay Lohan was going back to her old behaviors immediately after being released from Promises. One of the most important things that I learned in rehab was that you must change your behavior in order for it to work. I feel that her stint in rehab was just a way for her to try and avoid a jail sentence.

I am sick to death of hearing about Lindsay and all of her issues. Someone needs to step in and help this young person before she is found overdosed. I think that she feels that it won't happen to her but she needs to realize that if she doesn't help herself, she will no longer be with us.

I have learned over the years that sometimes you have to basically go into hiding and completely change not only the people that you are hanging out in but the places that you are in. It is not a good idea to be in places where drugs and alcohol are readily accessible immediately after leaving rehab.
