242. The fact of the matter is that it doesn't really matter much if the drugs are hers or not. Tons of innocent people get caught with other people's drugs. Guess what? DOES NOT MATTER. You still put yourself in that position ... and more importantly, got caught.

Regardless, she's guilty as sin. Those are her drugs. I was kinda sticking up for her until now. But now I hate her as much as Paris ... which is a lot.

243. Oh well, after hearing that one, I guess any support I had for this girl is now completely gone. Sounds like Paris Hilton all over again. We'd respect her more if she'd just own up and take the punishment, but oh well.

For me, she now falls into the same category as Paris and Britney. The only one who seems to take any responsibility for her actions is Nicole. Hmmm, who'd a thunk that Nicole would turn out to be the only smart one. For that, America will cut her a break.
And for that, Lindsay is on her own now, cause she's lost a lot of support now.

Too bad, too sad, and oh well. Even with copping a plea, she's going down for some time. And when that happens, I won't feel a thing, but disgust for you.

244. Until she stops lying to herself, Lindsay will never get better. She is a coke-addict, with other addictions as well.

I fear she will end up like Anna Nicole in about 10 years- DEAD!

So sad to waste her life this way. She has talent and a Ann Margaret persona, when she is clean and sober. This girl is throwing away her life, and will soon be old-news, like Britney, and so many others who let their addictions control their life. They think because they have youth, that they can continue to party and live life in a reckless way. Truth is, our society tires quickly of the same-old-stuff, and it is the same-old-stuff from all these girls- Paris, Britney, Lohan, Nicole........... They will be replaced with someone fresh.

247. Hi. I was watching the news this morning on channel 11 "good day la" and Harvey and everyone were talking about promises the rehab that should get everyone clean and sober but never worked. I understand that a lot of people have a mis understanding for alcohol/drug abuse. "Normies" always think "well this should of got them to quit" "they spent all this money, why didn't it work?" truth be told, it only works if you work it. You can check yourself into the Salvation Army and give it 100 percent and stay sober. Ive seen guys do it. Money, fame etc. it doesn't matter; you have to give yourself completely in order for it to work. Go to AA, get a sponsor, work the steps, clean house, trust in god, and be of service and your guaranteed to say sober.

So what if both of her parents are F Ups that does not give her the right or the escuse to turn out like them it should be all the more inspiratipon to be the complete opposite , i came from a long line of drunks so i made a concious decision that i would never drink incase i came out like them , not many people get the amazing opportunities that LL has or had so i have no sympathy for her she is a fool she made choices we all have choices and now she wont even admit fault and ask for forgiveness she is a waste of space ill save my sympathy for familys that have lost loved ones from drunk drivers, throw the bitch in jail that will be the best rehab for her

She started on this path at about 16 or 17- her mother is pathetic- I know she says she is sick over this and very sad but DOES SHE TAKE responsibility for not supervising and guiding her? 254. 2 points here:

1) She's still arrogant & delusional, just like twit-ney. According to the TMZ & other paper's articles, she was pulled over for erratic driving & speeding. When the officer spoke with her, he got the impression she was under the influence. He asked her to submit to a field chemical DUI test (field breathalizer) WHICH SHE REFUSED TO DO. She was asked to walk a straight line, and couldn't do it. She was subsequently arrested, and when searched, cocaine was found IN HER POCKET. She was taken to the station, and there she blew a .12 to .13 blood alcohol content.

2) She's a stupid dumbass. She's "the victim"? Yeah, right. She's the one who was speeding (no one made her drive over the speed limit). She's the one who drank the booze (no one forced the drinks down her throat). She's the one who refused a field breathalizer. She's the one who has cocaine IN HER POCKET (let's see her try to get out of this one; this is about as airtight as it can get; it's not like it was in the trunk of her car, it was in HER POCKET). And, finally, she's the arrogant, self indulgant, self centered little brat who's proven herself to be a drunk & drug addict.

I agree with poster #1; I too am sick to death of these "celebrities" who think they are untouchable, and take no responsibility for their own actions. I hope, in the name of justice, that the judge in her current DUI hearing (which, amusingly, will be heard the same day as her 2nd DUI hearing), will throw the book at her. She's a lack-of-conscience repeat offender, and apparently is totally uncontrollable. The last thing I want is a stubborn, arrogant little bitch driving like a maniac (while drunk/drugged out) in my or anyone else's neighborhood. Time to put little miss glamour pants behind bars, so she can sort out her life. You're a stupid dumbass, Ho-han; it's time to pay the consequences for your stupidity...
