287. i don't get it - her attorney releases a statment that she has 'relapsed' and is seeking medical care, but she is saying she is innocent and didnt do drugs - i guess they are only referring to the alcohol then..

and Dina, you should be 'sick' over this - to think its ok to have a bonding with your daughter and both do COKE is aweful.... you should feel sick.....

and Nae Nae, I agree with you - why won't they say who was in the vehicle with her? i have a feeling she thought she would be let go on this one, but who knows, maybe she was holding it for someone to protect them, figuring she wouldnt be busted again - but how do you forget to remove it from your pocket before going to the station? ! duh!

i want to know who was in the vehicle - someone PLEASE tell me it wasn't her siblings with her...

291. what everyone is overlooking is that this young girl comes from a troubled family life. her parents are divorce, and her father is also an alcholic. Monkey see, monkey do. No way am i excusing her behaviour but the blame cannot be placed solely at her feet. She should not be in the public eye anymore. She has not had a childhood and no proper guidance. She needs help in the worst way and instead of hating on the girl we should pray for her. She is on the verge of a serious meltdown that could cost her, her life.

293. seem like jail is the only hope since glorified rehabs in calif serve no useful purpose but to take your cash..

here ’s how the story should end:

lost of movies for 3yrslost of endorsments for 3yrs

los of singing contract for 3yrs

lost of freedom ( see courts) but my recommendation is 2 yrs in jail for dui and cocaine position ( back to back dui’s )

must watch videos of mangled bodies from dui accidents for -5 hr a day

must watch video of surgeons trying to save lives of dui victims -3 hrs a day

must watch funerals of dui victims - 3 hrs a day

must read letters from orphans whose parents were killed due to dui murders

must donate 1 million to MADD

or

must go to rehab outside of California for - 2yrs

serve community in service for 2000 hrs after release from rehab talking to
teen about driving drunk and drugs

If not...she is going to kill some one one day.. next heroine and a body under a car!

Lindsay.....your not going to like jail but it is the best thing for you at this time in your life on the journey you have taken....maybe you will get the problem fixed......if you want to.....I hope you start to look after you......As no one else will ....your friends really don't show to you that they care.....and why are you driving with the money you have to pay someone to drive you around???? I guess your dad told the truth last night on Larry King and the family problems you guys have start from the parents ....he sure has made a 180 degree turn in his life maybe it is time for you and your fellow followers to make some different turns in your life....

Where is her mother in all of this????Seen her Dad last night on Larry King....Money will not talk this time around.....One day someone will be killed because of this problem she has....and she has not hit rock bottom.....go to rehab and play the game....makes you look good....get out ...drink, coke,drive, and we will have another funeral because she is driving again....Good Lawyer she has........he is making money.....But someone tell me where her mother is...This girl is only 21 just turned 21 ...she still is a little person in her mind and has never grown up.....What is wrong with her mother????where is her Mother????now her dad can not call her or talk to her or her lawyer.....this family is like most families but this girl is going to be dead soon or she is going to kll someone on the road....
