Dubya: Fashion Fascist!

7/26/2007 1:52 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

With 543 days left in office, George W. Bush has beefed up security at the White House so much, he's now enlisted the services of one of the most dreaded forces in the Western world -- the Fashion Police!
Pres. Bush
Despite approval ratings at record lows, the ongoing war in Iraq and a health care system in dire straits, Dubya has decided to take on the very serious issue of -- tour group attire! The terror alert has been raised to: Fanny Pack! Signs have reportedly been put up around White House entrances to remind visitors of the dress code: no jeans, sneakers, shorts, mini-skirts, t-shirts, tank tops, and most importantly, NO FLIP FLOPS! Paging the Northwestern women's lacrosse team!

With the new policy, the White House now has a more stringent dress code than the Vatican! Further proof that Bushie wants only conservatives in his White House. The Pontiff merely asks for covered shoulders, no shorts or skirts above the knee. Holy chic!

hey Don (#76) you will be amazed to learn Congress has Dems and Repubs in it. If you look at the numbers by party, it's pretty obvious the Repubs are dragging the number down.

Anyone who wears flip flops to the white house should be sent back to the trailer park where they came from.

Oh, and Todd #2 -- you're an idiot.

He has a better figure then Hilary Clinton. She is such a fat ugly pig. Miss Piggy she shall be called. However, is she really a female??? Maybe Hilary has neither male or female parts and that is why Billy Boy gets porked elsewhere.

All I was thinking when I started reading this was that the Vatican is less stringent than that - I love that I'm not the only one that made that connection.

whoa.

So you guys would have no problems if people just showed up to your wedding wearing jeans, flip flops, and a tank top? I think you'd tell them they can either go home and change or not come at all (barring that you're having a more formal wedding that is). You would probably be upset that everyone showed up looking like crap on your big day, not because you want to cause them to be uncomfortable, but because your friends should respect your wishes for you big day and dress nice for once.

It's not what you think about GWB. It's not what you think about his administration. It's about the respect you should have for your country and being in one of the greatest places where the most brilliant minds have ever walked. If you can't give respect to GWB, you should, even if it's (boohoo) hard for you to, go back and change and give this country, the building, and the history represented there the respect they deserve. It's sad to me that they had to institute a dress code because people are too stupid to figure it out for themselves.

Come on, don't be throwing out the "morals" card here....Dubya is about as immoral as one can be! This is the worst administration in US history, and the people who are still going on and on about what a great president Bushie is need to pull their ignorant heads out of the sand. This man is almost single-handedly destroying America and all that it is supposed to represent. God help us, the "Decider" strikes yet again.
