62. She said a guy got out of the car, she did not say the driver got out of the car and it was a man. He could have gotten out of the passenger side, Lindsey did have 2 other people in the car. This does not mean she wasn't driving. And that police dispatcher was an idiot, she kept telling him where she was and he kept interupting her in the middle of her answer to ask her again where she was. Maybe he should have shut up and listened for a minute instead of making snide comments to someone else in the room. Obviously she was still driving which is why the streets kept changing.

66. 55 the lady on the phone is an idiot and the 911 dispatcher was very calm and patient with her. If you going to call 911 you need to give the dispatcher the information they need. Hence she should of kept her mouth shut and answered his questions instead of acting like a typical LA bimbo going OMG OMG OMG.

70. Is everyone forgetting that she has been charged with a DUI already? At 21, I knew the difference between right and wrong. At 30, I was devastated by the consequences of someone "making" the choice and the decision to drive impaired. She needs to grow up and stop this idiotic behaviour. Selfish B%&ch!!

71. The cops arrrested Lindsay. They were there to observe who was there. If there was a man driving we would have heard about him officially by now. The mom was just lame on the phone, but Lidsay WAS arrested. If the lame mom said a man that is just the first reaction of most women in a panic. The truth will come out to explain the confusion. The investigators have and will continue to get the truth or atleast 90% percent. If a man was there we would have heard about it.

Also, I heard there might be survelliance tapes from the parkin area? Is this true?

72. ............Assumption it was a man, dosen't mean it was a man driving, She was scared, and didn't want anything to happen to her......Fear is Fear! Not once did she say It's Lindsey Lohan.....I truly believe she didn't know who was following her. Man or woman.
Our Police aren't mind readers.....They need all the information possible, so they at least know what is going down.....They have families and deserve to go home at night too!!!!!!!

73. Who the hell was talking to the Cop? I don't get it. I live in Vegas the speed limit is 45mph on most streets and I don't know LA, but to me WTF how fast was she driving to be on one street and then another in .6 seconds flat? For sure she said a guy was driving and did this person get tested for drugs for surly she was on something too. So Lindsay was not driving? Was that her moron assistant talking to the cop? If that was her assistant didn't she know who the hell was in the car? Was she setting Lindsay up/ WTF is going on.

74. A dispatcher is not supposed to be a god damn therapist so lay off of him. You wouldn't believe how many crack pots call 911 for no good reason. He asked a simple question but this idiot couldn't provide an answer. This is getting more sordid by the hour and all of the players involved appear to be whack jobs!
