Either she was driving the car drunk, or her henchman (who, in a previous TMZ article, apparently goes around trying to intimidate people, including the person who's car was hit by him and who is suing hohan). I don't really care if she was driving the car or not; it doesn't matter. What does matter is she's behind this whole thing; she's the one either driving drunk or ordering her henchman to drive & chase this person. She's the one who is drunk 8 days after getting out of rehab. She's the one who has coke in her pocket (the "I'm holding it for a friend" response doesn't work well in California; lets see her try to wiggle out of that one). She's the root & cause of this whole mess, and, as such, she needs to get slapped in the face legally. I think a nice stint in the county jail will do nicely.

Oh, and by the way, someone PLEASE slap that stupid woman who made he 911 call. The dummy needs to give information to an officer when they ask for it. What a dumbass...

85. The woman on the phone was a total self absorbed idiot. I have heard 911 calls from 4 years olds that was more informative.

It by no way incriminates Lindsey. It makes the whole car chasing thing seem "fishy".

88. Seriously, how could she have known she was freaking out over nothing? She's minding her own business, trying to park her car late at night when a male OCCUPANT got out of the Denali and tried to approach her. When she bails, she's chased. I know that I was chased by a loon once and had to call the cops. It's scary and based on what he was saying, he was obviously able to watch via CC cameras because he's pointing out the vehicles to someone in the background.
