93. PEOPLE... IF she wasn't driving don't you think she would have said something by now? All of you that think a man was driving are dumb.. there is no way Lindsay would have been charged with a DUI if she wasn't driving. DUH. Seems to know the women on the tape didn't know who was driving.. It was dark and i'm guessing the windows of Lindsay's car are very tinted.

95. Don't you think if Lindsey WASN'T driving she would have pointed that out to the cops at the scene when they asked her to walk the line ? And the real driver would have admitted it. Trust me the bitch was driving. And after 2 days of being sober, she and her spin machine are trying to weasel out of this with any lame excuse they can come up with.

97. Some of you people are complete morons. The caller obviously made a mistake (I'd say she was a bit preoccupied trying to get away from Lohan) when stating to the moronic 911 operator that a man was driving the white vehicle.

As #32 mentioned, many people also generalize when talking about other drivers, saying it's a 'he or a 'him'. Furthermore, If it was dark out and some bozo started tailing me/ exhibiting road rage , I would probably assume it's a guy behind the wheel also.

Think about it. Why would the cops arrest Lohan on a DUI charge, if she wasn't even driving the vehicle? If a man was driving, a man would have been arrested for DUI. A man wasn't arrested for DUI, Lohan was arrested. Lohan was driving. How hard is that to figure out?

Furthermore, if somebody was chasing me, I'd be spending the majority of my thoughts and energy concentrating on my driving/ trying to escape without getting into an accident. That would explain why she had difficulty giving an exact address of her loocation. And that 911 operator wasn't making it any earier for her, she tried numerous times to tell the operator where she was but he kept cutting her off.

98. Trust me, I think Lindsay should be locked up but this call sounds like it was a set up to get Lindsay. In any case, she's definitely hanging around the wrong people and needs to be held accountability for her actions.

99. that lady on the phone said a man got out of the car, hello he could have gotten out of the passengers side. I still believe she was driving, why should we believe she wasnt look at her track record. I agree that her and her childish crap could have killed someone. Remember people car is considered a deadly weapon, it kills. How many times is she going to continue pulling this crap, hell normal people go directly to jail, here we go again movie stars think they are beyond the law. that makes me mad. Her mom don't care she likes to party also.

I am once again amazed by the stupidity of people here in America. You morons, the woman kept saying the HE got out of the car and tried to approach her vehicle, HE HE HE. HOWEVER (MORONS), where does she say that "HE" was driving the white GMC?

Wouldn't it make sense that LINDSAY was driving the Denali so her bodyguard (HE) could get out of the GMC easily to approach the other vehicle?

How is someone supposed to be driving a GMC, stop the GMC, approach the other vehicle, get back in the GMC, put it in drive and then keep following her?

Does anyone even stop to run the scenario through their small minded heads that Lindsay could very well be driving, like the cops say, and her bodyguard or another man be a PASSENGER?????

Are you all so stupid that you think the police wouldn't know who was driving the car? You heard some hysterical woman on a 911 call keep saying he he he so you assume that he he he was driving? I assume that most women that were getting chased by a big white GMC at 2:00 am in the morning would not think that it would be a woman chasing them, but rather a man....and would say "he"

102. What is wrong with everyone? The woman on the phone was DRIVING while she was on the phone with 911 that is why the address kept changing. The 911 operator is MORON and should have dispatched a car to Wilshire obviously she was en route and cops needed to be sent to that area.
