Mcready -- take 2Mindy McCready posed for her second mugshot in less than a week, after she was taken into custody at Nashville International Airport on a probation violation warrant last night.

It looks like that gash on her face is healing nicely!

UPDATE: TMZ has learned that the judge assigned to the McCready case has refused to set bail for the singer, which means McCready will remain behind bars until her first court appearance on Sept. 7.

Deputy District Attorney General Derek Smith told The Tennessean that she violated probation in three ways:
by being charged in a new offense;
not reporting those charges immediately to her probation officer;
and by the nature of the new assault charges.

So being charged in somethig constitutes immediate guilt.
Nice going, I thought the constitution was still considered by law.
Apparenlty not.

21. Yes, # 18, when you're on probation-at least in most states-you ARE assumed to be quilty when charged with a new crime. Fair? Maybe not, but that's one reason jails are overcrowded in the extreme. Probation violation-for ANY reason, is usually no bail.

24. That's a little harsh keeping in jail without bail until September. She's been on parole for almost three years, and with being the first time she got in trouble, she should be released.

Mindy, if this gets to you...Keep your head up. Your country music fans haven't forgotten you. We stand by our favorite artists unless they bash the Pres on foreign turf...

26. between illegals entering our country and milken the system, PLUS, Drug dealers on our streets with the drug users, then comes child abuse, animal abuse and every other type of abuses. Drug user's need money so crime becomes a factor and continued violence---and then Gang Violence for territory turf. Our Illegals supply drugs.
Never ending cycle. They get on welfare and end up in prison and then back onto our streets to be repeat offenders!
America is falling apart by guilty pleasures of the drug world ! This Country is getting to the point, it's not fit to live in, between crime and lazy people--would will no work !!!!!!!!!!
