Pia Zadora Resurfaces in Crackup

Former star Pia Zadora was sued by producer Alfred Newman, no relation to MAD Magazine's Alfred E. Neuman, for allegedly rear-ending his Mercedes with her Hummer. Not so gentle, Butterfly!

According to the suit, Al claims that on June 29, 2006, he was on Wilshire Blvd. in Beverly Hills, stopped in traffic, when the 53-year-old "Lonely Lady" failed to apply her brakes in time.

Basel G. Jamra, representing Mr. Newman, says he "is prepared to vigorously pursue the case" against the one-time Golden Globe winner and destroyer of legendary mansion Pickfair -- which she bought with her former husband and razed. The home was built by silent screen legends Mary Pickford and swashbuckling "Zorro" star, Douglas Fairbanks. Newman is claiming personal injury and other damages.

Pia Zadora's people (yes, she still has some) had no comment.

33. Pickfair as per inspections on the mansion, was overwhelmed with termite infestation due to neglect by the owners before Pia Zidora....

I'm not a fan of hers by any means and it's a shame Pickfair was razed but in all fairness, it was destroyed long before Pia got her hands on it.

Same can be said about FalconsLair. Left neglected, it crumbles... fortunately someone bought the property in time to delay the decay and restore it's glory as well as retain it's antiquity with integrity.

34. Pia Zadora is a loser for sure. I hope Mr. Newman throws the book at her and wins.
Anyone who would tear down Mary Pickfords and Douglas Fairbanks beautiful historic
home, is insane.

35. If you want a REAL laugh go rent her one BIG movie The Lonely Lady. Well, it may be impossible to rent at a regular vid store, but try to get a copy. It is the worst movie ever made. Seriously. Truly. So bad it is exquisitely funny. She is supposed to be this hot, sexy actress in the film, but looks like a fat, ugly 12 year old from Romania. Her geeze of a husband financed the film and the critics had such fun reviewing it. Pls, if you have a sense of the absurd find that video and watch it.

40. I did some work at her house a few weeks ago and I can verify that she has a smok'n hot bod and is a genuinely nice lady and paid my invoice on the spot. Pia's cool.
