I ma y not be a beautiful girl,but I am not trying to be an actress and Rumer is. She will be compared to Demi who is pretty. I sure hope she can act like Bette Davis and Joan Crawford.
the girl is lacking in looks and that business she is in judges people on their looks.
I doubt if she is that actress. Poor girlis goingto have ahard time of it unless Bruce and Demi buy her some rights to books and pay for films.

That's a good thing too. 1st off you can't really swim in the shallow end you just kinda stand there. Plus most of the wee ones pee in that area, but I suppose it's no matter anyways with osmosis and all. Best to swim in an olympic sized pool if it's public, and just hope the shock treatments do the rest. I prefer the ocean, I suppose the thought of swimming with fish pis* is not much better than the other.

But, I got what you said, especially the general jist of it.

Speaking of underage partying, the first time I remember a close run in with the fuzz was at a high school party when I was 16. A friend's two mothers were out of town, and his brother and the "sister" decided to throw a shin dig that weekend. Some how word got around most of the school, and I kid you not... Over 100-150 people showed up. It was lunacy. Luckily they lived on a couple of acres where the homes were spread out a good distance. Eventually the doors were locked and a majority of the "crashers" had to stay in the front yard area. Of course a bit later on tons of squad cars came up the driveway. Blue lights were everywhere. The panic and word spread faster than info in a 'telephone' game. Having had my first experience with Tequila that night, I was NOT gonna get caught. I quickly got my wits about me as I ran out the back of that house, past the pool over the back fence, chucking faster than Richard Pryor in 'the Toy' during the piranha scene, continued running through the woods in the dark much like the chase in E.T. minus the flashlights, luckily made it over a waist high barbed wire fence and found a spot where another kid made it too. Feeling safe enough to catch my breath and watch the fiasco eventually die down from a L O N G distance away, all while listening to the loadspeakers and walkie-talkies garble through the trees.

To cut the story short, I got sick later, and to this day hate Tequila.

They are semi - 'rites of passages' in adolescence, which happen all of the time across the nation. Unfortunately America doesn't have rites of passage celebrations like communities getting together and celebrating transitions into adulthood. Regardless the world contiunes to rotate, and we all do pretty good. Rumer just happens to catch this on the tail of Hollywood's newest transitioning period. Ushering out the old and in with the new. I'm sure her parents have done well with their family.

Meaning she is NOT ugly...she looks just like Demi who is also beautiful...just because they arent your blond bombshell next door bikini clad...car washing bimbo doesnt mean she is homely...I like her looks, she is classy and natural...no bleaching like the other starlets who refuse to accept they are brunettes and all you ever see are ugly dark roots...a bunch of wanna-be-something-their-nots...so Rumer...you ignore all these blind narrow minded bloggers...they wouldnt know beauty if they saw it...they live in little tiny boxes run in vicious little circle with their insults and have probably just one idea of beauty...obviously........hey the way you "talk" can make you ugly, folks, so look at yourself in the mirror before you just rag on someone like Rumer who has it all...you go girl!

95. This article on Rumer is about her being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Yet, most of the comments posted here are on her looks. Is that all that can be said?

What a superficial world we live in when it all comes down to that. I know that looks are important when in Hollywood vying for movie roles etc. - to a point. Why must the public share in their scrutiny?

I often joke that... "I chose NOT to be a celebrity!" (and yes I can laugh at myself when saying that) because it has to be said that it is a hard position to be in when they are under constant scrutiny. It's no wonder many are struggling with their identity... there are just too many people to try to please. Sometimes the humble life is the happiest life. Not many celebrities manage to lead a somewhat "normal" existence in the public eye.

The young celebrities in trouble need to really seek help to get thick-skinned, morally principled and conduct themselves with dignity OR get out of the business. Otherwise, in spite of their talent, beauty and aspiring hollywood careers, they may meet an untimely and tragic end like many that have gone before them. R.I.P.

103. If there was "no" story at all going along with the photo, I see a young, attractive, face. A fuller face yes, but she could be Jane Seymour's daughter. "beautiful !! Only Rumer knows if she dabbles in drugs of any kind, not you or I, and I hope not. She also looks VERY much like her Mom, again with a fuller face. ( again, beautiful) When ever I read some of these stories, the REAL shocker comes from some of the insensitive . comments from some of you, too many actually, that makes us realize just how weak, unstable, so many of you are. Many of you belong to the "Love to Hate" club. And if those with the childlike mean comments, find it difficult to "love" another who isn't perfectly attractive, ( you probably dont feel loved youselves) I feel sorry for those children of "your's" , or any one who "may" be descent people around you. You're "Empty" inside. Perhaps that's what makes you so obviously weak , and most of us can see right through all of you, "love to hate" pitiful , ( not much going on in your life,) people. 104. In a motel room where a drug bust occurred ? NOT GOOD news for Rumer at all.........what is "one" of the most important things a drug counselor will tell you ? You have to STAY away from those who use drugs ! And regardless of what most of these posts think, if you hang with users, you will become one yourself, MOST people Do Not associate with users.........get real.......not to the point of partying in a motel room with them ! I am afraid there is going to be more news down the road pretty soon, and the next time Rumer will be the one arrested for drugs, along with her friends.........and if you don't think this, just wait and see. This event is a warning for her and her Parents! (after all , she has had a past history of associating with Paris and Lindsey). and dont forget Alcohol is a drug also.
As for the idiot adults admitted " I do pot, it is not a big a deal",,,,,,I would be ashamed to admit that......what kind of message are you sending to our kids out there in this drug infested world ?
