About Rumer - This is a bad picture. Check out the one on People.com. Much better. Very beautiful girl. As for all the comments, we've all been there at parties when we were younger. Doesn't mean we were using.

Be careful what you say about people, especially someone so young. Ever heard of the self-fulfilling prophecy? If you hear it long enough, you become it because you don't think you can be anything else.

Give the kid a break. She must be devistated, not only with the whole arrest thing and being in the spotlight, but with all the insensitive and CRUEL comments about a very young girl.

118. the story is blown out of proportion and false. i sould know ,i was the one arrested. rumer wasnt even in the room while we were DRINKING. the hotel as called for noise issues. i was throwing everyone out when she came by to see what was happenng. the police showed up i wasnt doing anything wrong so i had no problem with them being there. they tossed the room and found an extremly small amount of weed and a pipe someone dropped . no one fessed up to it so i was arrested since it was my room. she was in the wrong place at the wrong time, and apparently so was i. if it happened in a real city no one would have been arrested. the police were never given her name yet were thrilled how it was going to make the papers.????? this is the product of a backwoods police deparment thirsty for reconition

It shows dignity, class, and respect that you came here specifically to clear up the matter regarding Rumer's name and reputation; as well as, how the media is portraying it with no factual details. Whether the confiscated paraphernalia, and grass is yours, or not (as you attest), only you know the real truth. Regardless, good luck clearing yourself of any damaging charges. You did good here, a lot better than a majority of posters who just want to drivel trite remarks about a seemingly glowing person's superficial appearance in one cropped snapshot. You upped your ante today, unless in fact Jimmy 'the Tulip' Tudeski sat you down for a talk before hand.
