Britney Bodyguard Thumps Photog

UPDATE: According to a press release issued by the Las Vegas P.D. and obtained by TMZ, "Britney also filed a crime report on behalf of her minor child." In the report, Britney claims the photog "battered both Mr. Camera and Ms. Spears' child, who was at that time being held by the security officer."

The Wynn also issued a release stating Spears "elected to leave the resort on Thursday afternoon, July 26, of her own accord." The had no comment beyond that.

Las Vegas police cited Britney's bodyguard last night in Las Vegas, for putting the smackdown on a photographer from Flynet agency.

The bodyguard, Julio Camera, nicknamed J.C., allegedly attacked the photog from behind after the lensman accidentally bumped Brit's older son, Sean. J.C. is accused of laying the beating on him while he was on the ground, as Wynn Hotel personnel rushed to pull the overzealous hire-a-thug off the lensman.

The photog was treated for his injuries and charges will likely be filed.

138. You people who are commending the bodyguard for brutally attacking this flynet photographer are crazy. The bodyguard started the whole thing. When the photographer accidentally brushed up against the bodyguard, he went psycho and the kid wasn't even hurt. He attacked this man for no reason. A bodyguard is not a policeman, He has no right to viciously attack anyone. He wears no badge, he can't arrest anyone. Why do you think the police gave the bodyguard a citation? Gezz the photographer has every right to press charges against this imbecile. This bodyguard can receive 6 months in the county jail and $1000 fine, if convicted. If you want to blame someone, blame Britney Spears. She should have stayed home, not broken the law and kept her babies out of the limelight so something like this couldn't happen. Fans of Britney are so quick to defend her, but they don't even bother reading the truth. BTW, Britney seems to think that dropping your kids is fine, but brush up against them accidentally and you get your azz attacked by her psycho bodyguard. UNREAL!

139. Slutney is a liar, as is her gorilla bodyguard. Here's what's being reported in Las Vegas: Slutney was in the lobby, and a photographer was trying to take her pic; she was trying to avoid it. The gorilla pushed the photographer, who bumped into the kid (who the gorilla was holding). The gorilla jumped the photographer, and started to beat him up, until Wynn personnel interveened. Also, although the Wynn has a history of protecting celebrities & said she left on her own, in actuality the Wynn kicked her out of the hotel.

You're wrong regrding the Wynn kicking her out ... Harvey Levin was on Greta & did confirm Wynn Personnel helped Brit & her kids get out of the hotel safely. She was Never kicked out as you claim .. don't think Harvey Levin would lie about the personnel helping Brit.

145. The photographer should have not been that close to the baby.
You cna take a pic witha Kodak disposal camer a from a fe wfeet away and get a great , clear pic. The paparazzi have telephoto lens,zoom, etc and could have taken a pic of the baby from anther hotel and it would have been crystal clear,LOL!!


That being said,the bodyguard did not have to beat the photographer up. That is not the proper way a bodyguard handles every situation.
M y husband is a bodyguard. All situations are not the same.


That bodyguard workingfor Brit couldbe slimpickings. People like Brit have people working for them who are not the best, top of the line. Does he belongs to a firm? Who is he?

I feel so, so sorry for them. Those little boys should be spending their time at home, having play dates, playing with toys, singing songs and being nurtured by family members.

She is truly about the most selfish celebrity parent on the face of the earth...in history. "Mommie Dearest" lives again.

There are celebs far more talented and famous than she is, they managed to keep their children protected and give them a normal life. There are so many positvie role models for her yet, she could care less.

I believe K-Fed and her Mother should have a court ordered psychological evaluation done on her. She can't be right; too many things do not add up in my opinion.
