keyword - accidentally, I thought this was a word you guys at TMZ didn't honor, no celebs ever catch a break for anything they do accidentally so why should your photog??

62. Maybe it's just me but "accidentally" touching the child does not deserve a beating. For all we know the body guard and Sean P were walking behind Britney and the photographer was trying to get a picture of Britney and backed into the body guard. Get over it. No one deserves to get the crap beat out of them like that. He didn't molest the child, he didn't try and kidnap the child. If Britney does not want her kids pictures taken, she shouldnt out herself to the media. And if you say it's just an accident that the pap is ALWAYS THERE no matter WHERE she does then you are naive.

63. Las Vegas has a lot of fun things for kids!!! She can take her kids wherever she dam pleases. Her teams the only one doing anything right!! ITS About time Body guards start using some testosterone to get the job done. Maybe the will start papps staying back a lil where they belong & it'll teach then a little lesson. They're not going to go be touching her kids in the future, now are they? Brit's got the right idea....Others need to follow suit.

WAY TO GO BRIT...Expect this from all your body guards, this is their job description!! Hire more like this guy and you'll breath easier at night!!!

66. Yes, I agree jProud, "Hopefully, one day there will be a law about how close the paps can be to celebs. I don't believe in the violence, but look what happened to Princess Di. Enough is enough." It only seems to have gotten worse. With that,

I really don't have any sympathy when it involves the paparazzi, (what a tacky way to make a living, btw..) especially when they don't give people the room to breathe, or even to let one's thought's process at a natural rate. I mean really, does ANYBODY here like standing outside and having a few mosquitos, or gnats continually whiz by your face, take fly-by's to your eyes, and want to go spelunking in your ear cannel, or nostrils? Enlarge those little suckers to the size of a person and give them flashes, then see how it really fares. (The OFF! company really needs to produce a 'paparazzi repellant'..., or maybe celebrities should simply carry mace or "peeper" um, pepper spray to ward off mobs larger than an on rushing football team whenever they are out having their own leisure time. A regular 9 to 5'er can go to the Mall after work and have some "me time." If you're a celeb, face it, you're on the clock 24/7, understaffed emergency room doctors even have a bit more freedom than the average entertainer.)

Back to the gargantuan shuffle.

Just because one get's paid to be a "bodyguard" doesn't give one a license to pummel people given the opportunity. Isn't the job more about keeping a safe distance and proximity to your client's personal space more important than clicking like a time bomb and going off when given a moment to lay a beat? This guy supposedly, and most likely, accidentally came into contact with the Spears young un', probably no more so than having to bump up against someone else in a crowded elevator.

67. I am sooooo tired and sick of britney spears! She is soooo hasbeen white trash!! To file a battery charge because someone bumped into you is sooooo completely absurd!!! And then allowing your bodyguard to let loose and severely beat on the photographer...hello???!!! britney spears is right up there with Lindsey Lohan... adolescents in an adult bodies!

This wasn't some random man out with his family that accidently bumped into Sean. This is a photographer that was pushing his way to be as close as he could get to Brit and her kids. There is no need for them to shove the camera right in thier faces.

The pushing and shoving and getting so close in thier face that they can't even walk is uncalled for esp. when there are very young children involved. The photog got what he deserved.
