UPDATE: According to a press release issued by the Las Vegas P.D. and obtained by TMZ, "Britney also filed a crime report on behalf of her minor child." In the report, Britney claims the photog "battered both Mr. Camera and Ms. Spears' child, who was at that time being held by the security officer."

The Wynn also issued a release stating Spears "elected to leave the resort on Thursday afternoon, July 26, of her own accord." The had no comment beyond that.

Las Vegas police cited Britney's bodyguard last night in Las Vegas, for putting the smackdown on a photographer from Flynet agency.

The bodyguard, Julio Camera, nicknamed J.C., allegedly attacked the photog from behind after the lensman accidentally bumped Brit's older son, Sean. J.C. is accused of laying the beating on him while he was on the ground, as Wynn Hotel personnel rushed to pull the overzealous hire-a-thug off the lensman.

The photog was treated for his injuries and charges will likely be filed.

76. It was Britney's ow body guard who inadvertently shoved the pap into the child. She shouldn't have even been there anyway according to the custody agreement. Even more reason why Kevin should get the kids. She can't handle the responsibility. She's to busy dealing with her own issues.

She is so desperate for attention she took off her clothes and jumped in the ocean in front of a sea of paps last week. She spends her whole day shopping so she can get her picture taken. Now her desperation for attention is putting her kids at risk. It is nobody's fault but hers... Not every celebrity is putting their family in these life threatening situations. She needs to be have a psychological examination/drug test if she wants to keep her kids. Also is she so dumb she doesn't realize Nevada is out of state and she needs K-Feds permission to leave? I don't understand why people keep defending her behavior. How about staying home with your kids for a little bit instead of going out to clubs every night, tramp!

81. Going to name the photog? Huh huh huh are ya, huh?? I love seeing this photogs asscrack hanging out of his pants Brit-style... so much karma there. If the people behind the cameras suddenly all had them turned on them instead that'd be a whole crapload of funny - beer stained t-shirts, coke boogers, cheeto dust, flabby thighs and all.

86. What a horrible mother. Small children in a Las Vegas lobby crowded with photogs that mommy knows will be there. Why couldn't they be at home, with mommy, having dinner, playing, having a regular bedtime? Or, going on a trip with mommy, quietly and out of the public eye. Other stars do it. What a horrible mother.
