92. The PAP who was assualted by britney in February from x17online should seriously consider pressing assault and vandalism charges against britney sperars. He never filed these charges against her and she swatted him on his back at least 2 times and ended up with large long umbrella slashes on his back and then a damaged SUV as she took her anger out on it too. See ... when the shoe is on the other foot they are pressing charges on her bodygaurd. I still hope suv pap presses charges against britney as she would definetly deserve to get off her fat lazy high horse and do some time like the rest of them for their actions,

94. A pap hits a child and, in return, gets his ass whipped, and TMZ labels the bodyguard as "a thug?" The paparazzi got what he deserved. I'm looking forward to the day when a paparazzi gets killed in one of these encounters. Hopefully, it'll be the Queen of the Paparazzis herself.

95. SELF DEFENSE!!! But no the cops of course see yet another way to torture a celebrity! The photo jerk got near her kid and hurt him and deserved to have the crap beaten out of him! Shame the police were more concerned about the adult INVADING their privacy and HARASSING them instead of the well being of the child. And the child being placed in danger was not the fault of the mother or the bodyguard....it was the photo JERK who thought his photo was most important over anything else!! Some cops in Vegas deserve to be fired and have charges on them for not making the kid number one!!!

98. It seems pretty common sense that the idiot otherwise known as Brittany Spears does not care too much about her kids. WHY were they there in the first place? She seems to be trying to pretend to be an involved parent, why tote her little accessories with her and knowingly put them in this situation. she craves all the craziness around her, while pretending to despise it. LoL - way to funny... this photog is about 5'6 140 lbs.. let me guess, Brits so-called body guard was 5rd in the state championships on his division 5 1994 high school wrestling team, he/she? attended a junior college, tried boxing and got his ass kicked by true athletes and he has tattoos that he thinks makes him look tough and he has a knack for beating up woman too. 103. The fact is that with today's telescopic lenses the photographer could have gotten the same picture whether he were 20 feet away or 3 feet away from Brit and her kids. So why are they so invasive? Because nobody prevents them from being so invasive. Noone draws a legal line or boundary. There should be a law that when a person, celebrity or not, is not conducting business (premiere's,etc.) that photographers must stay at least 50 feet from their subject.

When you are at Disneyland with your child, I'm fairly certain you're not being swamped by 30 photographers in the space of 10 square feet. You aren't trying to open a car door ajar 2 feet with a photographer one foot from your car. You aren't swarmed by a GANG of 30 photographers. So, please, spare me the unparallel comparison.

104. Why don't these photographers stay away from the children. This is getting ridicules. There are no accidental bumping when you are stalking the mother. He certainly got what he deserved.

Another thing how is Britney Spears a whore. We don't see her on the street corner getting paid for sex do we? And the only thing other than have a nervous breakdown we have seen is a perverted photographer putting a camera in a position to take a picture up her skirt. Last time I checked that is sexual harassment and he should be arrested. Big deal that she doesn't wear underware. Obviously a bad decision but still not whore material. Woman need to stick together and stop calling each other names like slut and whore and not alow men to get away with doing it either. Just because they are celebrity's and rich doesn't mean they have to put up with perverted pigs touching them, taking pictures of there private areas, and bumping into there innocent children.
