Judge Blasts Lindsay's Dad -- Get a Job!

While their daughter Lindsay waits to hear the music on her latest DUI arrest, Michael and Dina Lohan made plenty of noise this morning in their divorce battle in a Long Island courtroom.

Judge Robert A. Ross ordered Michael to pay Dina $500 a week in child support for the next two weeks, and excoriated him for not being able to tell him how he's been getting by since he got out of jail. What's more, the judge demanded that in two weeks' time, Michael must show some proof that he's working toward getting work.

One topic that went completely unmentioned in court: Lindsay herself. Both Dina and Michael were tight-lipped about her, but Michael did tell TMZ that he thought a letter -- blaming him for being an absentee father, and purportedly written by his 13-year-old daughter, Ali -- was "written by someone else."

The Litigious Lohan Clan will be back in court in Long Island on Monday for more divorce proceedings. TMZ will be there!

18. What a con man and not a very good one at that. His preacher costume for interviews is too much.
He is desperate to get back on that Lindsay bank roll ( What's left )
that's what all of his " We need to get together her mother and I " is all about.
Lindsay picked up her dad's manipulating ways for sure but many people have grown up in similar homes of dysfunction and work hard to live a decent life in spite of it. I don't have one bit of sorry for Lindsay.

20. A JUDGE CAN ORDER YOU CAN DO A LOT OF THINGS, ESPECIALLY SOMETHING LIKE GETTING A JOB TO SUPPORT YOUR CHILDREN. THERE HAS BEEN STORIES OF JUDGES ORDERING WOMEN THEY CAN CAN'T HAVE ANYMORE CHILDREN IN A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TIME IF THEY'VE BEEN TO COURT NUMEROUS TIMES ON CHILD NEGLECT OR ENDANGERMENT.

24. Seriously...Come on. Who really knows what is goingon in that family?!? Why does anyone care? I mean divorce sucks...PERIOD! Why do we need to know any of this? As for Lindsay...She needs serious help but who knows what happened to her or what happened the other night? I think it is just sad...Can you imagine if everyone YOU surrounded yourself with only wanted to get a piece of you or your fame? I am just sad for her!

28. Looks like the whole family needs a good punishment. Those younger children should be put in foster care until their parents grow up. If they were not "celebrities", those children would already be in DHHS custody. Its a shame that of all the things money can buy, one of them is apparently the right to mistreat your children! Shame on them!
