Micheal needs a job. Dina needs a job too. Micheal should pay child support for the two underage kids. He should also have Dina's laywers present for visitation. HE should be granted some weekly hours to be and rebond with those kids.

Ali did not write that letter via emali alone...somebody helped her, ohh, DINA!!!! If not Dina, then Kim Basinger and Pamela Bach must have wrtitten it for this kid because she did not write and email this alone. What kind of mother would let her kid write that and give it to the media!! Themedia is not a friend. The media is a business and LOVES celeb troubles.They are laughing at the Lohans all the way to the bank.

BOTH OF THESE PEOPLE NEED FAMILY THERAPY and WITH THEIR KIDS. Sad.

It's my understanding that for several years before he went to jail, Michael Lohan's income was from the percentage of Lindsay's income that he took as her manager or agent or some other similar alleged role. I assume that gravy train screeched to a halt either before or when he went to jail. He hasn't been out all that long. His lawyers, PR people, etc. may have agreed to wait for their $ until the divorce settles and he gets his percentage of the house and any other money the couple had. And he may be in litigation with Dina and/or Lindsay over what he claims are management/agent fees due him. Therefore, he may have future assets, but nothing liquid right now.

As to the child support, I know this judge a bit professionally, from both before he became a judge and since he has been a judge. He does not stand for nonsense and he does try to find fair solutions on the child support issue. But the fact remains, Dina probably earns more than him and he probably doesn't and can't earn much. Therefore, the equivalent of over $2,000.00 per month in child support, which means the judge must think he is capable of earning over $100,000.00 per year is questionable. Remember, aside from the guy being a convicted criminal (which is his fault and no one elses's...) he probably hasn't earned meaningful money other than through Lindsay, for years and years.

Should be interesting to watch...

68. Truthfully, I think the little Sister (Ali) is much prettier then Lindsay. Hopefully she will learn from her big sister's mistakes and break away from the whole mess.

And, while I'm at it, I thought it was very cheesy of FOXNews, on " Hannity and Colmes" to superimpose a little picture of Lindsay Lohan that changed ever few seconds to read "LoBLOW" on Michael Lohan's jacket.

LiLo did all this on her own, too bad that someone doesn't bitch slap the dumb ass.
Daddy paid his dues in jail,and maybe he is trying to help her because he knows where she is headed. 6 feet under,she is already brain dead.
Mommy has probably not seen a sober day in years. If you can't smell the booze kids, then it is drugs. She is like a wannabe, and probably sleaze around for a snort, a hit, or a pill.
