Judge Blasts Lindsay's Dad -- Get a Job!

76. I think Lindsay's problems stem from her parents marriage problems. She is a relatively young woman who hit stardom and was spiraled into a world with little or no guidance from her folks either because they just simply couldn't steer her straight or because they cared too much of what they could get from their daughter rather than what they could give her. Yes Lindsay needs hard core rehab and when that is over a break from the Hollywood scene and those Hollywood "friends' or she will join the long list of washed up,drugged up,has been movie stars that many of us from time to time wonder what ever became of them!
Lindsay, from one human being to another, I implore you to reconnect with someone in your life who you feel in your gut has given you unconditional love and support and get your life back on track..Please!

77. The father is not rich. His parents were rich they owned a pasta company. They lost all their money trying to keep him out of jail for a bunch of white collar crimes. So he did work and supported the family until Lindsay became famous after the parent trap. Dina and hubby got along just fine until Linday started making millions and Dina didn't want to share. Dina started meeting very rich men and wanted michael out of the picture. This guy spend two years in jail for drunk driving and hitting Dina's brother, (who is a crook)
in the head with a shoe. Lindsay has done a lot worse she has two dui, two coke charges, crashed cars, stole a car with three passengers, ran over the guy foot, accused the black guy of driving, Im going to stop it's a book. I hope those guy's and the former employee all press charges on her and sue the crap out of her. This family is out of control. What is wrong with our legal system. This kid should spent at least 4 years in jail. Nicole Richie 4 days it should have been 18teen months.

78. Just imagine people have fought and died for these people to have the right to act like total immature morons. Just as equally amazing to me is that people actually care about these people. They do not to contribute to the betterment of society.

79. Lots of experts out there, lots of people with many skeletons in their closets offering advise or ragging on drunks/addicts, sober actors getting in on the act with very little sobriety. egos, money, fame, two minutes before the camera, lets back up and look at the facts.

Lindsay has a big problem because she is doing the same things over and over, expecting different results, her life is spinning out of control by all media accounts. She does need help, prayers and most importantly LOVE because all addicts that I know, have ever met, myself included are like the song, "LOOKING FOR LOVE AND LOOKING IN ALL THE WRONG PLACES,"

Daniel Baldwin had alot of words of wisdom but all the wisdom in the world will not keep you sober, please remember Daniel that your ego-EASING GOD OUT; is what got you drunk in the first place. Giving advise at your stage of sobriety is very dangerous, we share our EXPERIENCE-STRENGTH and HOPE, that is it. I , like you became the A.A. Guru, had what I thought were all the answers, went on television, radio shared my advise, what I thought and eventually got drunk after 11 years. Be very careful, your on dangeroous ground.

All drunks and addicts are suffering from a disease, spiritual, mental and physical, it is no respector of persons, it is a killer and the recovery program you work will only work when you hit your bottom; LIFE MANIFESTS ITSELF THE SAME IN ALL HUMANS, IT IS ONLY ANTIMATED DIFFERENTLY! We all have our own walk.

Treatment centers or rehabs are only as good as the effort and willingness you put into them, when you hit a bottom just about any place is good. I do take issue with rehabs when they are run by those that have not been there, talking trash from a book or third party consultations, what they think or feel. Treatment is just that, you must treat the disease on all three levels; mental, physical and spiritual, leaving God out spells disaster and no quliaty of recovery. I have met thousands of addicts and never witnessed anyone that left God out that had any quality life or sobriety, it is without any doubt an intergal and must do part of recoevry. Alcohol is mentioned once in the first part of the first step in A.A., spiritual awakening, God, Higher Power, is mentioned seven times in the steps-good reason for that. We are to be healed, made new, only God can take care of that. Major surgery must be accomplished, no band aids on the symptoms, no spin or glossing over anything, no touchy-feeley, your entire life is under a microscope, the steps are essential, your entire lifestyle must change for a new life, the old one gone-HUMILITY! We're all EGO MANIACS with INFERIORITY COMPLEXES, we have no structure in our lives, our lives-every waking minute spent actively involved in our addiction, all of it, yes all must change.

Last but not least, prescribing any narcotic, antidepressant, tranquilizers, psychotic drugs is to dangerous to mess with because all you do is start eating your booze or drugs, remember addicts are addicts and they want to escape, change or alter their reality-anything that does that is too dangerous to take.

The biggest question I was ever asked when I went to treatement for (22) weeks, are you willing to go to any lengths to get sober?

Don't take this too seriously, it is only a matter of life and death! It's never too late to have a happy childhood!

80. Please remember, LOVE is the key, love makes the world go around and only LOVE heals. God made us with LOVE, not hatred, pointing the finger, looking down on each other, gossiping, tearing people down, please stop all the bickering, spinning, hatred, resentments, anger and start loving each other and the entire world will heal overnight.

No one ever starts life by saying they dream of being an addict, destroying their lives, dying a senseless death, wrecking families, no one that I know of ever dreamed a dream or had a nightmare like that.

86. LiLo parents are partly to blame for what has gone on in her life. Her father being in jail allowed the mother to pimp her children out. Dina was photographed with her underage daughter at parties. This kid was not even 21 yet. Her mother is an enabler and never said no to her daughter. Instead of child support being ordered the judge should take custody away from the parents. If Lilo turned out so badly i can imagine what her younger kids will be like. These parent loved the limelight and have sold their childrens souls to remain in it. They leak stories in the press to stay in the limelight. Its sad that Dina has turned her children against thier father. Its disgusting. I hope Lilo father has learned his lesson but I dont think Dina has. She is using her children and pursuing him to keep him out of her kids life. Very disturbing family, all of them need theraphy
